The reception guy asked for more money as I had booked the Hotel online through Cleartrip. Their minimum charge is 1000 per night. The guy was not very polite either. At least I expected the rooms to be decent, however, that was also not good - it was not good and there was dust on the bed also. The only thing which I liked was the location, which is near the Airport.
I booked this hotel on Oyo but they denied check in . and paid double of Oyo booking for stay . Worst experience ever.
Pathetic hotel, mostly bookings are for few hours, they asked for extra money on what I booked online. Staff is rude, not a family place so avoid to go.
Person asked for more money at the time of arrival, he said we can't give room at mentioned price. I was left with no choice to pay more as i was already rushing late ! He told me to first cancel online booking and book offline. Then the manager gave other room to some people who wanted to have fun he offered them some kind of service(female related) at extra price ! Later evening after seeing such abusive hospitality When i cancelled my booking i asked for refund he said we don't give money back and he told me do whatever you want to do ! Very rude staff, abusive and disrespectful.
I have all the recording of the call that I made to Oyo and the hotal manager who denied for booking and he said time to book the room separately and forget Oyo booking. I paid 700 and booked the room without any assistance from Oyo as the agent hungup the call. Now the question is , WHY AM I SEEING THE CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT MESSAGE ON MY OYO APP WHILE I DID IT WITHOUT OYO. PLEASE DONT PAY THAT BASTERD As he has not cooperated with me while My son is going through some illness and need to be operated on 3rd December in the evening. And I have pad him rupees 700. I can send you the payment receipt and call recording. Please send me your email ID. SEE you both soon in court.
Hotel staff and manager Mohil are very rude. I have booked this hotel via oyo but when I reached at the hotel and asking for checkin hotel staff said we don't have room in this tariff and also started arguing by saying that why you didn't call the hotel and all. Also got the feedback from the 2 guest by saying that in rooms there are insects and when they complained to hotel they were started arguing and there is no room service available no breakfast no lunch no dinner.
Hotel staff behavior is not good and the worst service is this hotel so don't stay here
