I have booked this hotel on oyo rooms but when I was visited there manager asked me extra mony so I quit
stayed there for 6 hrs, smallest room i've ever seen, no online bookings though it is listed on oyo. cleanliness is below average.
book only for emergency like 5 - 6 hrs, otherwise passable.
Not fit for family. Cramped rooms. Poor service and food. High ratings are misleading because it is a den of business travellers and the hotel suits them. Not ideal for a comfortable stay. Most of the rooms have poor ventilation and are claustrophobic. I booked through TreeboTrend and maybe thats why staff was indifferent.
They charged 1k for one day room was so dirty I recommend very one to stay away from this hotel
Hotel is on Highway, far from City center if you want to shop from indore there is no market nearby.. Location is poor..
Hotel staff is not at all helpful.. worst service.. 1st they showed us small and dirty rooms.. we were about to check out from the hotel and suddenly they called us and offered different room(still was average and not that great) I had to stay because I was with family and my dadi who is 73years old.
While booking breakfast was included but did not cover my breakfast cost also.
Do not stay.. worst property..
Rooms are good & food is also good and fresh , Hotel staff is polite & very well behaving.
