Worst experience ever. Furnitures are from Victorian era and seems like nobody cleaned since the freedom movement. The bathroom had no locks so communicate with your roommates to not barge in while you do your business. Flushing will require some top notch engineering so good luck with that. Lastly the bed. It was once in a lifetime experience sleeping in that bed. I still have scars from the bug bites I received. Happy stay!

This hotel in Hyderabad is downright terrible! The room they gave me was a disaster. The bathroom lock was completely useless, the commode flush was broken, and to make matters worse, there was no AC remote and not even a single towel in sight. Can you believe that? When I repeatedly asked for a towel, they had the audacity to bring one from a nearby hotel, and the guy had the nerve to say, "I could only find one, Sir." Now, you might be wondering why I didn't just leave this nightmare of a hotel. Well, the reason is simple. I had already prepaid for the room and arrived with my family at 2 in the morning. I had no other option but to endure this horrendous experience.

It is an awesome place for people who wants to relive Ancient Rome era with dusty furnitures. You'll feel right in place with the bed bugs and the cockroaches. They won't give you toiletries to give you the classic medieval life feels. Beautiful beds with spring mattress from mother Teresa's youth. Bedsheets have this beautiful yellow stains. My friends and I had a very good time playing a game called 'guess the stain'. The bed bugs were very loving and will definitely give you free souvenirs. I still carry scars.

They denied booking made from online citing prices are not been updated yet. The staff and service is very 3rd class, matress springs have come out. They do not respond immediately when called. They don't have landline for calling the reception area. I recommend do not take room even for a day/night. Very very 3rd class

Per day charge was around 1k, and as per that the rooms are spacious but there is hygiene issues as because there was lots of tiny cockroaches roaming here and there. The Geyser was not working but in early morning around 4 am we asked for hot water the have provided hot water bucket. Property is on prime location.

Don't let the smiling lady at the desk fool you. She is definitely tried to compensate for the disaster of a room she booked us. My friends still have scars from the bed bugs and that scarred me for life. They don't have a kitchen so don't expect food. Now let's talk about the mohenjodaro era bathroom. The flush will require a manual that will not be provided. But it's a good place for you if you like being in touch with nature. Cuz you'll definitely hear the water dripping for whole night loooong. A horrible experience with oyo and its partner. They both cheat the customers. I had booked a hotel in hyderabad in Rs. 900 something with the optoon pay at hotel. Once i reached that hotel , they refused to accomodate me n my family in that rate, and asked to pay 2000 bucks. A family trust on oyo, in a unknown city, and they are cheated . Shame to both business partners.

Scam Alert I booked a room at this hotel. I recieved a confirmation email, Even i called and checked with the hotel staff they told it's confirmed. Once I reached there. They cancelled my booking, reason was tariff changed i thought it was only me but with me 2 more families who had travelled and came to hotel experienced the same issue. If their cancellation reason is tariff so why do you list the property and waste our time and energy. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They have poor customer service, and they are not reliable. I would advise anyone who is considering staying at this hotel to look elsewhere.
