I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The air conditioning was not functioning due to a power cut on Muharram, making the room uncomfortably hot. Additionally, the mattresses were worn out, which affected the quality of sleep, and the sheets were not clean. These issues seriously impacted my stay, and I hope the hotel management addresses them promptly to improve future guests' experiences.

Except the behaviour of the staff, I have not found anything good in this hotel. Dirty Rooms; Uncleaned & Unchanged Pillow Covers, Bedsheets, Cushion Covers; Stains and Hairs all over the beds, pillows; Broken Taps; Broken Shower button; Non-functioning Geyser; Broken Cupboards; No Towel or soap given. Pathetic Stay. After complaining they changed the room which is again the same situation. Now how many times I will complain! I felt like leaving the room as early as possible. The only thing I liked is the behaviour of the guy in the Counter who is very good and cooperative. But Overall, I must say, it was a Pathetic Stay. Very bad experience.

AC was not working and the condition of the room was pathetic. I would suggest you not to visit this hotel. They just fool the customers.... Rooms and washroom are conjusted... It is not what as it is in picture....

Receptionist is very rude, rooms are not cleaned, AC not working even after I made a full payment, water is not available in washrooms and washrooms are very conjusted, mosquitos inside room and electricity problem.

The hotel was good. Nice location, nice building. But bedroom size was too short. The hotel doesn't have its own kitchen. Also there is cutlery problem. There is no sleepers for guest in room.

Very good place to stay specially with friends. Nice staff and tasty food.This has great service and a good atmosphere. The rooms are really clean well maintained and up to scratch.

Wall mixture of bathroom was broken. When one pulls the knob, both shower and tap water comes out simultaneously. Although room was well sized, but it has uncleaned used bedsheet and pillow cover. Had to remind several times to send a towel and soap. Room has a broken tilted single wardrobe without hanging rods. DON'T BOOK FOOD. They don't have kitchen. At morning they got Chola-bhatura from a shabby looking roadside vendor. Tough time to deal such hotel management. They don't bother to improve. Can't expect anything better from Oyo.
