Very Bad Experience At OYO platinum Inn Memorable for long. I have booked 2 night with 2 meal. I have check inn at 5 pm. Receptionist told me that they have not received any booking. Very surprised. After 1 hour Mr Harprit singh(Behaviour was very polite) told me to check in (1 star is given for this favour). I went out side. when I came back night staff rudely ask me for my booking not showing still. Then I tried to call goibibbo customer care. Mr Ajit helped a lot he has connected with OYO team and thanks to him they made confirm booking. I tell staff to discuss about 2 meal inclusion and customer care confirmed my meal inclusion at first day night(one dinner already denied). After this much I took sleep second day morning again same story was telling by receptionist for booking not showing and no meal. I talked to night staff and he told me booking confirmation but meal denied. Mr Hadeep singh involved again and convince for one BF and One dinner instrade of both day meal provision. next day without taking BF we left hotel. I am thankfull to goibibo customer care Mr Ajit and Mr Hardeep Singh. Overall My stay was with tension. If anyone is ready to take such tension can book this hotel.Instead of booking receipt they denied booking is very bad. told me there is automatically confirmation mail send to both customer and hotel. there is no chance to not getting confirmation. they just wrongly attract people with low hotel rate and then force to pay extra.

First off all receptionist doesnt know how to check online booking, she was unable to find booking, and i have to wait for 45 min to get sort out this with the customer care. After that they even not apologetic and not enertained in respected manner. Very rude behavior by Staff even when they know its all their fault. No room service, I have to ask the staff by approaching them 3-4 times for each facility. AC off, TV off, no handle to washroom door, fan has no provision to control the speed. AC power switch board located outside the room in a small storeroom opposite to the room and they were expecting that customer have some super natural power to know this. When I asked it many times then they switched on the AC. But after 15 min they again switched it off intentionally. Total waste. Checking out within one hour.

I had a good experience at the hotel. The room was nice and clean, as well as comfortable. All of the amenities they promised were available and in order, so I didn't have any problems with anything. This hotel was a good value for the price and the location was good because it was close to the bus stop. The staff was also very helpful to answer any questions we had.

Wish i could give this property negative rating. Front dask does not have interest in guests, even the staff was drinking openly, stinky rooms, rooms were not even cleaned after guest's check out, staff even don't know about the key of room. TV was not working.

Hotel was very good. Staff behaviour was very good. Only one problem and I think that was big problem was that the bed mattress was very loose. Even if you sit u will feel sitting in a hole or some loose spring. While sleeping body pain started due to poor quality old mattress.
