Hotel pearl at shivaji nagar: i dont know where to start this is probably the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. i dont consider this as a hotel, this is just a building with the dirt everywhere. and the staffs are lazy to provide bare minimum services required for a hotel no lifts, stairs are depressing especially when you have 90kg worth of luggages you have to climb these stairs for every luggage the reception is dirty, depressing and dysfunctional. our first impression of the rooms were very bad as there was dirt and food stains everywhere, on the floor, the bed, the cupboards its like the place has never been cleaned once, the bed sheets are so unhygienic, there's hair and stains of the people who stayed in the room previously cupboards are dusty and broken the bathroom is mucky and theres dirt and hair in the corners of the bathroom. overall the place is extremely dirty and is a health code violation id rate this hotel 0/5 Charged us 13,000 rupees for 6 nights with no breakfast. never stay here please.

This is the worst hotel you could be stay. The rooms are dusty and not cleaned properly. They cleaned the rooms 5 minutes before we arrived. The floor was sleepery. Too much mosquitos. No drinking water, toothpaste, toothbrush, soap and other things. Bed sheets and blankets are dirty.

Horrible room. Looked dirty and unhygienic. Toilet looked filthy, I did not even step inside. Mosquitoes and cob webs everywhere. The picture of the room that were advertised we're definitely not the same. Terrible experience!

Good food.. polite staff.. they know what you need if you explain .. good place for hang around with friends.

Pathetic!!! Horrible, infact don't have words to give bad review. Very bad experience with hotel, staff not good, rooms are very stinky, not clean at all! Don't go with this hotel at all.

Worst service ever... No hygiene maintained...blood stained bedsheets...no drinking water provided...no soaps or toothbrush.. Dirty and dusty rooms... Room service is quite arrogant and did not respond well to the problems... Not worthy to pay even single penny

Kind request to fire the receptionist girl first. I don't think she is properly educated. Such a rude lady with 0 manner and 10/10 attitude.
