A/c was not working. Insist only cash transaction which is rediculious. I booked room for 2 days. After 1 day they removed my baggage without my permission and checkout. Manger was totally rude while talking with my wife. I will never go with oyo hotels, because picture shown on their apps and actual hotel room are always different.
Very pathetic way to communicate with customer. Lack of cleanliness and it requires maintenance badly. We first arrived without booking to verify rooms as shown online on websites. It didn't match and was below expectations but we got ready to book. Since booking was convenient online (better price) we booked online and asked for a check in. Receptionist got angry and very rudely denied entry to us. He was upset that we booked online in front of him at decent price. We had to face a lot of inconvenience later to cancel and get refund. OYO probably shall termminate their contract too. P.S he was the owner too! Old uncle
The bedsheets, blanket and bed covers were dirty. In spite of request the blanket was not changed, fortunately, had shawls and had to use that. The mattress was weak towards edges. The fan was cleaned in ages. Paint was peeled off at multiple places. Hot water was not available in the morning, had to bathe with Luke warm water. Not recommended. Not sure if OYO conducts checks
The stay was good. I did a booking for AC room double bed but it wasn't available so I got a non AC one. The pre booking should not be in this way. Also, there was no warm water for bath. Got towels after 4 reminders. There was no doormat too. Overall I had an average experience.
GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL. ALL STAFF HAVE FRIENDLY BEHAVIOUR. COMFORTABLE FOR ALL AND ITS FULLY SAFE FOR UNMERRIED COUPLE ALSO. ROOMS ARE NEET AND CLEAN.
Hi Oyo, Nice service provide by your side!! I have to wait for more than 4hr to take my room that I have booked already.And property manager behaviour was excellent ,He is very irrogant and egoistic person .He denied to check IN and not giving proper reason. Why you take booking if the room is not available.
Very poor customer handling. Came all the way from Jaipur and they denied entry just because I booked from OYO at discounted rates. The reason they gave was unavailability of rooms but I myself checked many rooms were available. Faced trouble at end moment. Very bad behaviour by Receptionist too. Would highly not recommend it to anyone.
Most pathetic hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms are full of cockroaches. No room service, bad washrooms, moulds everywhere. What more do you want to ask? Situated at a nice location so people might get attracted to stay but stay away from this worst hotel.
