It's an old hotel. Old construction. So rooms are ok cleaned, cleaning staff was helpful But you can't improve much on an old construction. Should renovate rooms and specially bathrooms. Balcony was not lockable, I was worried about security. AC was pretty old. Sometime worked Breakfast was pretty good spread. Tea was good Restaurant staff was helpful Swimming pool was a surprise going on rooftop with good view. I didn't use it, but looks nice Altogether ok stay. Would count it a decent budget hotel. A backup option

good hotel at the center of the city north Goa. Good complementary breakfast as well. Value for money. Building is quite old, maintenance is not up to the mark, renovation is required, room corners are not that clean & paint & furniture is worn-out. Still OK for couple of days stay. Service is good and 24 hrs check in ckek out available.

Overall stay was good. Room little stinky. Have to look on the cleanliness I mention in the picture. As I got the best deal on Goibibo so its according to the price which I paid. But if we take deluxe rooms with the non discounted rates than they have to little bit take care of cleanliness and breakfast

Very poor coordination between the reception staff. They do not transfer responsibilities or tasks while changing over duties. The indoor garden area is poorly maintained. Also the swipe key opener for the rooms give troubles at most of the rooms. However, the housekeeping department is very active. They ensure quick solution to most of the problems. The one star is being given to the hotel for the efficient management of the housekeeping department.

I have booked executive room.when I reached the hotel I got to know that all executive rooms are on backside and I wanted the road view. they upgraded my room to Deluxe so that I can have road view and I'm thankful for that. however after that everything was bad. they gave me someone elses used soap and shampoo. there shower was not working. no water in the room. no AC working in the area where they used to serve breakfast. in the morning went to brush my teeth all muddy water coming from tap. I will not recommend this hotel. they really need to work on there customer service.

Good Food Located very close to Casinos

It was not a good stay i dont understand why they have such good photos on website for the hotel but when you see it in real you will be sad , 1. There is swimming pool but it is not functional that too from years as told by one staff 2 . They have bar menu but they don't have any drinks available . 3 . They say they have bufffet breakfast but it was the worst breakfast I had . 4 . This place is so far from the places you have to visit in goa . Baga beach - 30 mins Calangute beach - 30 mins Agauda fort - 40 mins And all the other attractions are very far from this place . I will not recommended anyone this hotel because it is waste of money and no facilities received .
