Don't go to this place if I have another option.. this has very poor maintance.. the room boys changed the bedsheets only after we insisting him to do so..the earlier one was so used wrinkled and soiled... None of the things were good ac was not properly working, there were used wrappers in the washroom.. the suit room door and washroom door dint had a lock ...the sofa was not cleaned for ages... It's doesn't maintain any of the standards it has enlisted

If we talk about the hotel, the situation is very pathetic. I am sharing here an experience I had when I reached there, when I reached the hotel and asked for the room rate, the front office staff told me that it would be 1600 rupees for a single room only for one night. But on the Oyo site, it is sold for just 950 rupees. I immediately got into OYO and booked. That too will get 23 hours. They had to give me a room at that price. Usually online prices are higher and direct prices are lower but I didn't like the way here. The room is ok but the bathroom is very bad. Dirty water comes out of the pipe and is not clean at all.

Please people... If you are with family never visit this place... This room has cockroaches and the room along with bathroom is so dirty... It smells horrible and it's just sick place.. Something like a brothel... However the staff is good, polite and kind enough to refund my money at 2 AM at night

19 aug to 21 aug 2023 we booked 5 rooms what was 10 adult best service and staff is also good location very good I want to tell everyone that everyone should book this hotel for their families.

Very good experience of staying in Hotel Nirvikalpa manglore.we stayed there one night to visit someshwar beach.Nice hospitality.neat and clean rooms.Hotel is located right near the highway.staff very polite and courteous

I booked a room..after confirmation wen I reach hotel they are not ready to provide rooms telling no rooms are available on the price after confirmation and after waiting for 1 hour.. really bad experience..I don't want to give single star

One of the worst experience ever had! - Room had cigarettes smell and the service boy just denied it. Didn't even get a room freshener - Looked like Roaches had already booked the room. It was everywhere walls, ceiling, bathroom - Sheets were not changed. The service person had the audacity to tell it looks clean even when there were stains and when we took out our phones to click pictures he just removed it and changed. - Hot water stopped after we filled 1 bucket of water. No response for that request too! We wouldn't this recommend anyone for sure.
