Didn't have a good experience. Most of the rooms are good. The morning staff didn't have any care for the customers. But the evening staff was good. They helped me and changed their room. In a day atleast 6 hours of power cut is there in the hotel. Most of the basic amenities are also not there. There is no calling facility available to call the staff. You need Togo to the counter in order to call them or need any help.

Basically this two star is only meant for staffs. They are well behaved. Coming to the hotel , no management no cleanliness no extension phone. Also what we pay at check out they keep on asking to do advance payment. Each time they will poke for payment if any pending . However room cost is little reasonable but no proper management.

We booked the room online, when we went there, they showed us another tariff telling us that we cheated them and booked it wrong way. They quoted higher price and added GST when our bill was under 1000 rupees. They made a fool of my innocent parents, didn't provide any room service, not even water. They didn't clean the bathroom, nor did they Change the bed sheet which was really dirty. Had the worst experience. Do not recommend it at all.

Very Worst Experience, Hotel with No water in bath room and no Lights in room. Despite all this they still didnt refund me, saying Same day Cancellation Not applicable.

It's a fairly good hotel with a good central location in a Muslim district. Fairly good restaurants and sweets shops near by. Many buses and metro at walking ng distance. The hotel itself is average but you get what you pay for. At least the bed sheets and that's the most important. Would recommend for budget travelers.

It's a Three Star Type Hotel. Almost in the centre of the city. Most of the tourist places not so far away from this place. Inside the hotel there are several types of room like A/C, Non A/C, Singel Bed, Double Bed, Three Bed. Rooms are medium size and clean. But room service is not available all the time. Bathrooms are not so clean. There are few sweet shop and some restaurants very near by like walking distance. Hotel is not so far away from Airport. But the staffs are professional and good, Thank you.

The worste hotel I ever visited. Never check in it. So dirty that I can't breathe even perfectly. I didn't bath and went to toilet for 3 days because of it's dirty surrounding. There is no room service facility, not a single AC was working, even the electric switches were not working. Behavior of the staffs are also disappointed. Nothing is satisfactory!!!!!!!

Worst hotel, no electricity no water no service, they dont accept oyo online bookings. They even ask more money, dont waste time and money here in this hotel.
