Poor Communication and worst experience.
At the time of Check in, they said 1900/- and at the time of Check out they are telling 2000/-.
I have stayed here 3 days, Rooms are good but people are worst. Words are not same at Check in and Check out.

Positives - Bathrooms are clean, Nice location, TV, AC all works well
Negative - no help from staff in carrying luggage. Only housekeeping staff is prompt.
Probably one of the worst OYOs I have ever visited.
They charged extra for the bedding that they were supposed to give. The room service is absolutely disgusting where on asking for room service, they handed out a broom to us.
One and only good thing about the hotel is very fast wifi. But that is also open to all. So use it at your own risk.
I would give a rating 1 for my stay . I am completely unsatisfied with the service for room.The washroom door wasnt closing,the water pipe was broken.On discussion with other room members I got to know that they shifted the room from my room to other room in the morning as they were facing this issue.I dont understand how the hotel staff have given me a room knowing this issue.It shows how the hotel staff treat their guests.This is not acceptable.We have trusted the hotel and decided to pay such a price and in return I was so disappointed with the service upon knowing that they have knowingly given me such a horrible room.
Hotel is better with affordable price/ washroom was also pretty good / But parking is very congested and food is not available/ we need to order from outside ....

The room in the pictures looked decent when booked in online but the maintenance is real bad. I came in with an infant and couldn't stay with the unclean sheets, bedding and towels. After requesting for clean washed set they said they don't have any more available to change the sheets. The next day they did get me one sheet saying it's clean but disappointed seeing again stained sheet. I would not recommend staying in this hotel.
