Disappointing Oyo Hotel Stay At hotel Maharaja in vasco (Goa) I recently booked a stay at this hotel through Oyo, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Initially, I intended to pay the hotel directly, but upon arrival, they demanded more money. I eventually had to pay through Oyo. The staff at the reception displayed extremely poor behavior and were unwilling to provide basic amenities like water bottles. They even expressed their displeasure because I had booked the room at a discounted rate through Oyo. According to them, the room would typically cost 2000 rupees, but I had reserved it for 1300 rupees. However, despite their claims of a 2000 rupee room, I was left deeply disappointed with the overall quality of the room and the state of the toilet. In light of this experience, I would strongly advise against considering this hotel for your stay. It falls far short of expectations, and I would rate it with zero stars.

Beware of the psycho Receptionist /owner ,she is very rude and demanded for more money, they didn't even provided water bottles for online bookings,rooms were also not clean, worst experience.

Worst hotel ever. Haunted property. No sign of room service. we were given used rooms without cleaning. The owner seems to be least bothered. Felt like it was a trap or sacm. Big zero for this property. Don't waste your money.

Room was not that good neither cleanliness . Seems it was a hub of mosquitoes, struggled to had good sleep.

The worst hotel i have ever seen. Management manager as well as receptionist everyone are worst they don't need customer satisfaction they only need money all are money minded. We have paid 2000 for room we don't like the hotel and their behaviour we request refund within 10 min of checking but they didn't refund. Without getting refund we left the room paying 2000. I request no one to stay in the hotel If you stay in that hotel i am sure you would have bad experience and your total enjoyment will get spoiled.

Old rooms, service by staff was good, always there to help you.. rooms are clean but old look, should work on renovation of rooms.

The service given by the hotel front office staff is very very satisfactory, but their complimentary breakfast should be improved, and about the rooms okish only, not so good for the charges they did, closets need to be change compulsory as it's are not in a good condition , no Tv working.
