Staff was fine.. Room was dirty mirror was not clean spider nets everywhere our bedsheer was torn and quilt was so dirty. They should try to make it more clean location was good.. But room are not as per the charges you are paying
Most awful...my advice is don't stay here! Overbooked and tried to palm us off with another of their hotels which, upon investigation was half the price. So glad we didn't stay, the hotel looked dilapidated and dirty, certainly not worth 4 stars and 8.5 rating....worst hotel I have ever booked!!! In answer to the hotel's response to my comments: no apology was received at the time for their overbooking. They offered to pay for a taxi to our new hotel as is required by an overbooked hotel but this didn't happen! The whole experience was appalling and totally unprofessional.
Don't go by the name. Except the service you won't find anything to admire. The rooms are not as shown in pictures and are dirty too. No view from the hotel. Also, they want to make you pay more for the rooms. Beware to book online. Go, see and then book the rooms. I won't recommend this hotel on personal note to anyone.
It wasn't according to our expectations.I believe we could better stay arrangement than this hotel in a local shrine. Rooms were all dirty.Too much noise at night,like they were shouting outside and disturbing every one.Rooms, bedclothes were like they haven't been cleaned for ages.Cobwebs ,stains of spits were all there on the walls.Toilets were like public ones.Overall it was terrible and the worst one.
Good enough rooms. You can get window view of shimla or can avoid the view to save your money. My room as well as the bed sheets were clean, geyser available, no heaters or kettle were given, however they provided a flask with hot water to drink. Interestingly, the room had Smart TV with Jio fiber and there was no issue in mobile network as well as internet connectivity. They have a restau along with a bar. Near to a walking distance to the lift towards mall road. There also a dhaba and a grocery shop near by hotel. Check the rooms and then negotiate according to the season, conditions and the budget. Overall, a good hotel to stay.
