Okay so I booked this hotel via Oyo,they charged us 200 extra which was okay so that took 1200 for a room we were expecting a good room in 1200,but we were highly disappointed the bed sheets were so dirty it was stained the ac wasn't working properly very bad rooms
Very bad experience, rude staff, worst facilities, dirty washroom, very bad hotel.
Rooms were not as specified in the Google images. Rooms were seriously very bad. Room was smelly and all garments very extremely dirty. Even geyser was not working and water leak all over the place.
The images which was shown in google or any other app (oyo) was not a real one ,room was completely dirty, bed was dirty, my room geyser was not working ,service was worst at its peak they gave hot water in bucket and that was also not hot. so plz don't go and waste your money in this hotel .
Not a good hotel. The bed sheets are not changed. The rooms and the beds have cockroaches sprawling all over. The doors can't be locked and the hotel staff say that there's CCTV cameras so it's ok. There's AC and geyser in the room but the geyser doesn't work in any of the rooms. Near(5km) to the Santragachi railway station but no one knows about the hotel.
The rooms are reasonable not cheap as per the locality, the water tasted something wierd so brushing and cleaning was little doubtful but wat needs to be done, needs to be done he he he, good property, good and helpful staff but cleanliness is zero, this hotel could be excellent if only that thing was maintained. Other than that ok ok hotel. Last moment helping for us as we had a train early morning.
Good and best hotel but price is little high as compared to other nearby hotel.
It's a best hotel in howrah hopefully management is new but all staff behavior is nice and friendly also owners are well behaved persons rooms also good but it's my personal experience and humble request to the management plz improve your restaurant service and room service its happened when you improving your staff grooming management plz inprove it but over all I love the property I will come again and agane
