Collection O Hotel Kisan Palace - Hotel in Vrindavan, Panigaon Banger - Mathura, India

Never book this hotel. I stayed for 3 days and face these issue. 1. Electricity issue is there. 2. Ac is not working. 3. It called as Collection O but it equavelent to a 200/- room rate dharamshala. 4. No proper service. 5. No proper transport for mathura vrindavan. 6. Once you pay, you will never aknowledge by team. 7. Bed hygien is very poor. 8. No food service at hotel. If you are looking for this hotel, I am waiting for your review, which will similar as mine.

Very poor experience They have mentioned full facilities like T.V ( which doesn't works) AC ( fan works better than AC) Unclean bedsheets. Will Not recommend any couples

Useless hotel with bad amenities. Poor management. If no rooms available other than this hote, better to change the date of visit. Extremely bad bed and blanket conditions. Seems they never change them. .

My biggest mistake that I have booked this hotel from Agoda, after checking the poor reviews as well. Actually I booked the hotel by Agoda,booking was confirmed I received the email as well. But when I visited to the hotel, the manager was very rude and denied to give us any room. He said that they are not accepting online booking because it takes time to get the funds from them. However we suggest you if you have any issues with the online hotel booking portals then you can remove your business from them. Also when you get any booking from them,then please inform the customer that the booking cannot be complete for this kind of issue,so that we as a customer can check and find some alternative options. But when any customer visited to your hotel and you suggest to pay extra amount that is not convenient and it impacts your business as well. I spoke with Agoda customer service and they provided me another hotel with better facilities so my issue was resolved by them ,but whenever the customers are coming from far location and you guys are doing these cheap things it makes a negative side for your business. For future references please Don't accept any booking from online portals or else call and inform the customer that the booking cannot be fulfilled. Really disappointed and worst management .

Pathetic experience..made online booking through agoda but the manager denied the booking...also he was very rude.dint have etiquettes to talk to ladies...would auggwst no one to go there....very rude n mannerless person...the name was dilip i guess

Expensive hotel for horrible rooms..WE pay like in Europe but with india's confort..the shower it's broke and the fournitures are Very badly..the TV don't work... wifi doesn't existe...why WE pay a lot for this??

Roons not good.... Online booking denied by the manager although payment debited from account... Charged extra in cash for rooms. Worst hotel of Umesh Tarkar (cheap)
