Rooms are big only best thing in this hotel. Service is pathetic. Even they charge for plates and glasses if order food of your choice from outside. Cleaning is poor. Cigarette bud can be found behind the door. Washrooms are so so not so clean. Over all budget hotel for short stay. As it can be said. More than a guest house and lower than a 2* hotel.

This hotel is not pet friendly they are misleading customers, middle of the night after reaching hotel they refuse the hotel is not pet friendly.
Oyo is also misleading and taking pre booking amount from the customers.
Third class hotel ever i have visited never ever book this hotel.

Rooms are Neat and clean. Food was so amazing. Very good ambiance for stay.
The room rent will be increased and as per hotel staff if am get this hotel room in oyo below 1000 rs we can't allotment room, and when am get room they provided my small size room and he said only this types rooms we have. And after that room service is very very poor.my guest have came hotel for meet me and am ordered 2 cup off tea after 40 min they can't provide the tea, when am call back to service team about for cancellation tea simply he replied ok and drop the phone. Seriously am never preferred this hotel next time.
Worst experience no any standard soup is served in coffee glass. Food is very bad. They didn't know the taste and standard of any dish.

I was about to book online but saw reviews they are denying online bookings so visit the hotel, to my surprise same room which was showing Rs 800 online they are charging Rs 1500, when I show them on Goabibo its available on 800 they says we don't have tie up with them anymore, we booked 3 rooms, also referred my family friends for another two rooms but no discount was given. Rooms was average, Ac remote was not working, only power on /off was working, toilet seat cover was loose. Will not recommended, go for other better options, I have to stay there as I have to attend a wedding nearby and its only hotel available nearby to that place.
Not happy with the room and services whatever benefits they mentioned not provided.They accept the order and forget. location behind the main hotel inderprasth.i will suggest you to go and book offline there is two hotel buildings so the main is which is on the road might be better then this.
