Unhygienic hotel, No room service , Not having enough staffs, no devices or bell for any communication (if there is emergency, you have to die in the room). Cockroaches are roaming in the room. Toiletries made available after the request. bathroom is terrible.

Worst stay experience..unclean.. unhygienic.. Worst bathroom condition.. pathetic pathetic pathetic.. no cooperation..no support..no remorse

The hotel is very dirty - no cooperation from managers, horrible experience. I booked the hotel room via Goibibo - since I didn't had any other options I have to stay in the hotel for one night. No good night in room, continuous water flow from bathroom, no TV. I strongly recommend that never go with families, you will end up no where.

Room space is only good here. Staff behaviour is pathetic. Bathroom was unhygienic. I camecame Nobody with my mom dad and kid, language was heavy, but nobody came to pick up my luggage, i did it my own to 4th floor. I believe that OYO should think about this hotel, please reconsider about it. I am giving 3 star just because staff should not loose their incentive, otherwise i was gonna give negative rating.

Absolutely horrific experience. The rooms are filthy and rat infested. Apparently the hotel is under renovation but the customer is not given any inkling of this. Both the hotel and Goibibo have the responsibility to atleast offer the customer an option to cancel his booking by informing of the renovation. While I was made to wait at the reception for goibibo to make alternate arrangement, the hotel manager was sitting in the reception without even offering me to sit down...so much for hospitality! Finally I was given an a/c room( ac not working) instead of my non ac booking....right in front of the hotels kitchen. Just before I was going to bed found 2 rats behind the wardrobe. The room itself was stinking and dusty. Avoid at all costs...even if you have to sleep it rough in the railway station!

One good thing abt hotel is staff cooperation. Nextly stay is comfortable for the money you pay, don't expect anything more. Food is good if you are not one of masterchef kind, but please be on time for bufet or else you will not like food (rewarming food distroys the flavour)

One of the worst hotel in Nagpur. Run by Oyo people. Reception person is untrained. Asked me the charges for early checking.. behaving like a 7 star hotel receptionist. Having less knowledge about complimentary break fast services. Room was uncleaned. Room found damaged. What is shown in picture but allotted room is totally different. Veg restaurant. In Complimentary breakfast only one item is allowed rest all will be chargeable and that too room service not buffet. Too much noise. Door closing noise girls too much disturbing when guest is in room can't sleep comfortably. Overall experience is too bad. I feel this Oyo license must be cancelled forever. I will add pics later on.
