Very rude receptionist... they take bookings for rooms and don't give any receipts and neither refund the money. Will file a police complaint against their policy which they never mention.

HORRENDOUS STAY!!!!! I am 32 years old, visited many hotels in my life till now but never experienced such worst stay at any Hotels. Let me start from the start, I booked this hotel on OYO with payment done in advance for smooth check in, but for my surprise i was denied check in, the hotel staff said that they don't take bookings from OYO anymore, i contacted OYO customer care number (thrice), never seen such a clueless customer executives, then i posted on twitter and immediately refund was initiated. It was almost 9:30 PM & i was tired due to travelling, so i booked this hotel for 1200 Rs for the night. Now what was wrong with this property is described below. 1. Room wasn't cleaned after previous customer checked out. 2. TV wasn't working as there was no dth setup box. 3. Dustbin was full with previous customers trash. 4. Bed side drawers were filled with trash. 5. On bed there were Dominos oregano seasoning packets. 6. AC remote was not present in room. 7. AC is controlled by reception person, they turn off the AC in 4-5 hours (felt like i am back in my hostel days where we had to turn off light's by 9 PM) 8. Linen was not changed. 9. Bathroom light's were not working, so took bath keeping the door open, so room light's helped a bit. 10. Toilet seat had red spots, might be blood or pan masala stains. 11. Previous customer used soaps were present in toilet. 12. Trash was stuck in bathroom ventilation (cold drink bottle). 13. Shower was not working properly. 14. Mineral water given to me wasn't sealed. At last i would urge other people that please don't book this property, it's preferable to sleep on footpath than this hotel.

Not professional staffs but they are okay nd helpful except one guy. One old guy , he don't how to speak nd deal with customers. He don't even interested to knock the door. Manager/reception guy was very friendly. I got the room for rs1000 from oyo. I stayed for two days... For that amount it's really worth.

Stayed in Feb 2019 Earlier I thought not to review this hotel as they don't deserve to get my review, but.... Experience with this Oyo was worst. The staff was pathetic. Situated in red light type area. Roam around hotel after 9 pm and see yourself. When we booked auto from airport to go to this hotel, auto wala asked, sir koi ladki wagereh cahiye to bolna mereko. We (me and my friend) ignored that guy but when we roam around the hotel nearly 9 pm, I can't share what we saw. I think this was the reason behind whatever auto wala asked. One staff of this hotel don't bother to knock the door. He came in the room again and again even when we didn't called him. Highly Not recommended for family and couples 2 ratings for rooms cleanliness and price Rooms - 7/10 Value for money - 8/10 Staff - 2/10 Location - 0/10

Worst hotel I have ever seen. Insects even on bed when light off. I asked during check in that if hot water is available. He said yes and in morning I had to shower with cold. Linens, towels all were dirty. Room was full of dirty smell from furniture. I would prefer to sleep on road instead of this kind of hotel. During check in he informed me why you paid online in OYO I am issuing room but it's likely you want get room if you paid online!!! I really shocked by knowing this. I request OYO to confirm if it's true that if we paid online many properties will not allow guest and cancel room last moment during check in. Will not inform us in advance that booking is canceled!!! BTW never ever go to this type of hotel better to sleep on road instead

It was ok, I just went to sleep for a few hours during transit...first appearance feels a little dingy at 4th floor however rooms were decent and most importantly had a latch from inside. Didn't eat or order so don't know about the service

Worst service , people are arrogant, they put ac on only for 6 hrs. No hygiene, no cleanliness, used towel and blanket they give to u, not having any line of service and hospitality. They charge in bill for breakfast but done give says we gine once in week which day day never inform u.First time seen so bad hotel . I do not recommend to any one.
