I Book room in collection o diamond and residence. Online I paid full for 1 day but when I reached there hotel manager said he don't take online booking. Not only this told me if if u paid additional then will give u room else threaten me to cancel and you will get only 200 rs return.. Because I am with my old parents and new in city I paid additional for rooms. By the way room not clean as there fake reviews posted on website also make my booking indirect come from oyo. Never go to that hotel.

One of the worst hotel at prime location. It's a scam they mentioned themselves on every online websites with less money but when you visit after booking they deny your booking and ask for more money for your stay. Rooms are not clean cockroaches are everywhere in the room. Water taps not working

Really bad experience with this hotel . I made the booking for my parents with full payment for Collection O Diamond and residences hotel in Vijay nagar. When they reached at the hotel they were denied check in and were asked to pay double the amount. @oyorooms didn't do anything.When I called @oyorooms for assistance, all I was asked to do is to shift my parents to another hotel and take the refund. Finally I have arranged a nearby hotel for my parents and shifted them there. Please avoid Collection O 1538 Hotel Diamond And Residences, Vijay nagar Indore. This is worst experience and @oyorooms didn't care that there guests were both more than 65 years old senior citizens.

All is good but facing some price releted problem on booking by OYO app but OYO service manager resolved the problem,, this is my 1st experience

It's a dream stay at an affordable price. One suggestion, try booking through online platforms like OYO, Goibibo or Cleartrip, which will fetch you lucrative deals and discounts. Service and treatment are par excellence here. Nothing is overrated, best thing is what you see in the pics of various websites/apps/Google, you get the exact same things. ...a happy explorer/customer

Worst ever Oyo hotel, I have ever stayed. Condition of pillow and quilt (blanket) are very poor. After asking several times to change, we received the best one shown in the picture. Staff is very rude. In complimentary breakfast they only serves POHA, there is no alternate options available, rest everything on the menu is available but chargeable. When I called to the customer care of OYO they also refuse to support and said it will be decided by hotel, what to serve.
