Worst and Horrible experience. We reached late night around 10 pm at this hotel on 19th September 2023, we booked 2rooms at the coset of Rs.2700(both) and don't know why they only accept CASH, we paid it. They allotted 2 rooms 306 and 307 at the 2nd floor. Finally, we entered the room after all these mess, Room was not totally furnished, especially no water in bathroom, no bucket, no Jug and had to wait 10mins to get these. Also noticed beds were also not cleaned, there was no mirror in one of the rooms, no TV in one of the rooms, Buckets were dirty and there was no chair & dustbin as well.We had Chicken friedrice, chick kabab, chilly chicken all were not up to the mark, very bad in taste and they charged 40rs for water bottle that was refilled one NOT NEW. We spent Rs.870 on food. Service was bad, they hired unprofessional young persons who always walking and moving around in the 2nd floor until 11pm/12am.

Do not book this hotel. First, they confirmed our booking, but when we reached the hotel, they denied it, claiming that there were no rooms left. After arguing with them, they provided us with rooms that were not furnished, with no lights and no AC. Scam on oyo.

Scam!!! Even if rooms are not available your room will somehow get confirmed. Once you reach the hotel the receptionist who is very rude, illiterate and cheap will tell you room is not available and will tell you that there is a nearby hotel which he can accommodate if you pay him more 1200. People mostly book this place because it's closer to airport, but trust me guys Bangalore rural is very fishy and you should avoid staying here at any cost, stay close to city even if you have to pay little extra because it will be safe and good for you, I learnt this recently. Good luck!!

Booked from OYO. On arrival they denied booking and had to pay and rebook as there were no nearby hotels. ZERO service. Dirty bedsheets, no basic toilet amenities provided, no system to call service..... etc. etc..

We went as team for dinner.after a longtime of order waiter said we don't have plates to serve..and the food was pathetic.

Clean rooms. Needs lot of attention on service. Located closer to airport. Nothing much to speak about the food

SCAM ALERT OYO bad scamming technics, they never allow us even we booked through online... They are getting many leads because marketing as verey cheap budget friendly but it's not when you go there after booking Directly , very stubborn owner

Better to give this place a miss. No proper attendant in the hotel. AC doesn't work - very unclean.
