Unprofessional staff even the manager don't know how to talk with guests . Broken chair , ac and tv isn't working. Smelly rooms with dirty wardrobe. washroom lock is also broken. Extra chrages on food by saying that menu card have not actual price . Demand extra charge for cleaning of bedsheet. At last dont choose this hotel for your stay.
The hotel staff is completely unprofessional, asked for 12% extra at the time of check in over the already paid amount online and refused to give bill for the extra charged amount. Spoke to Oyo BD manager as well, he claimed to be a 12 years experienced professional guy but failed to assist instead justified the illegal way of charging the customer and said that either I pay it or I can get another hotel somewhere else at 10PM (night), I am shocked by this very kind professionalism. Spoke to OYO customer care and informed the same they said that since I made the booking with Goibibo and not them, hence they cant help me with it. WOW!!! A branded service.
Rude staff Never visit this hotel The location on Google map is also wrong. Shown near to 1AFSB Dehradun, probably to lure the SSB candidates into booking their hotel. Neither do they value their customers nor do they value their tie-up with OYO. I am a OYO Wizard Gold Member. I booked the hotel for 3 people and got it for Rs.1100/- after all the discounts and promotional vouchers. But the hotel staff denied giving me the room at the above rate and demanded Rs. 1900/-. When I said I won't pay this much as I have booked through OYO, I will pay what oyo tells me to, they said the hotel is ours and not OYO's we don't care, you can leave if you want. They behaved very rudely so we decided to leave that hotel and cancel booking. It was midnight and caused us lots of trouble but better than staying in such an unprofessional hotel. The irony of the whole scenario was that OYO charged me for the Cancellation. Shame on you OYO. If after this comment, you ask me to mail something and explain, then you are very dumb because I have explained everything in detail here.
W-O-R-S-T Denied entry as it is booked through OYO. Demanded double the price and cancelled the oyo booking. Dont go for it. There are many options nearby.
If Google allows me I will rated it zero... A big wala ZERO... They had taken charges for breakfast while booking .. But they told our kitchen is under construction... We will bring ur breakfast from nearby hotel after 9AM.. So I left hotel at 07 30hr without even a cup of tea. Even they said for tea we have only a cup of milk can't provide tea... 2. They changed my room... New room shocked me when witnessed a condom floating in toilet drain. I called them and shown their work. The person told it's not my work. Let me call the other guy and it took 2 hours for the other person to come n clear the drain 3. Due to rain hotel power supply wasn't available. I requested to issue bed sheet instead of blanket.. They told sir it's pre decided we can't issue bed sheet. After a long talk lastly for 3+1 person they issue two single bedsheets I never ever recommend this to anyone..
If you have booked the hotel through any app so please don't expect your confirm booking . They don't provide hotel through booking they will charge you as per their wish. I booked the room for 870 through oyo app but at the time of checkin the person deny for the room he asked me to pay 1250 for the room. I had to pay because i was in need of room but i will not recommend this hotel at all.
