Worst experience, staff behaviour not good. Booking room one day ahead. You have to wait. If you book AC room they will given Non AC room

The only plus point is, it is nearer to the Gulbarga Railway Station. Rooms are not good, it has water leaking issues from AC. The Manager is not friendly.

A compact hotel, that is helpful for business travellers to Kalaburagi (Gulbarga), being very close to Railway station. Also not too far away from bus stand. With businesses also not too far away in Supermarket area. Hotel has 18-20 Rooms, that are basic, but tidy, neat and clean, with AC. Being very compact on a small piece of land, cross ventilation could be a major issue in rooms located on one side of the hotel. Especially in non-AC rooms, in summers. Parking is limited to a maximum of 4-5 cars. There is no kitchen/ restaurant; food has to be ordered from nearby places, and options are plenty, if you venture out.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. My only complaint is that there is no menu to order from the room. The restaurant is open air roof top restaurant but it looks very cheap and doesn't match the three star hotel... The rooms are excellent. The lightning options are plenty from blue disco ambience to well lit setting. The bathrooms are clean. Had problems with hot water. But over all it was a pleasant stay
Reception staff are use less they are not given proper information,rooms are not hygienic,no ventilation from room and toilet please no one book the rooms here totally bad experience
Bad experience! We booked a room for 1 day and checked out 1.5 hours late. We informed the staff present there the previous night about this. But the guy who was at the desk in the morning says he was not informed of this and says we will be charged for 2 days! There was no reminder about check out from their end in the morning. When we argued, he asked us to pay 1.5 days. We refused and finally he relented. Very unethical staff. Also, the 2 mornings we were there, there was no hot water in the room. They threw away 5-6 buckets of water running the tap for hot water.
