Employees are good, polite and supportive. Receptionist was also good to comunicate. But the tables were not clean in the room. Had dust. The TV couldn't be operated. And importently the carpets in the room could be clean. Please improve.

The oyo team recommended me to go to this hotel as it was near and told me the price is 432 and I had to stay for few hours not whole day.. so I agreed & paid advance &booked.. but when I went to this hotel, that receptionist rudely said "no I won't give any room at this price" I mean I booked through oyo.. how is this even my fault.. so had to wait 1 hour & kept calling oyo helpline, then again called oyo service team.. service team said you can pay 1500 now, we will refund you after checkout. No idea how their (oyo &hotels)deal works. AND THAT RECEPTIONIST would not even listen to what I had to say & started yelling.. nobody would give you room for 500. Then why it showed 500 online.. they should know what their prices show in online. Brainless people. This hotel's customer policy sucks.

Tv was not working n the room was not gd 1200 for non AC n AC is for 1500 mirror is not clean otherwise gd for couples not for family yeah also I didn't book the room through Oyo I just directly booked so don't blame Oyo

One of the worst place to stay... Worst service and behaviour by the staff. No tv no wifi working Even the lift doesn't work. The AC doesn't work properly. The room was not ready when we were about to check in. Poor cleaning services. Small rooms for triple occupancy were provided. Oyo shouldn't list this type of hotel in their collection. After this experience I need to think about choosing OYO for further bookings.

The pictures and the actual rooms doesn't even match a bit. The sheets looked they were not changed. The bathroom was okaish. And the bed was just pathetic. It was really uncomfortable. They didn't provide a blanket, so when I called and asked, it never arrived. Surprisingly, the food that we ordered was AMAZING. And the quantity they provided was good too. Overall it was a nightmare staying at this hotel. This shows the pathetic standard of quality control for OYO rooms. Never seen an OYO this bad.

A hotel located in a prime location of palatan bazar and nearby to the many important spots. But there are many cons for which you should not visit the hotel. Cons. 1) lift is not working. 2) water bottles are not complimentary which oyo generally provides free of cost. 3) no inhouse restaurant. 4) tv is there but no subscription to any channel. 5) bathrooms are not clean and broken mugs. 6) the hotel definitely needs renovation.

On call I was told that it's a 4 star properly and when I visited I saw that it was just horrible. Rooms are shabby. Hotel is pure vegetarian which I was not briefed. I would blame OYO rather than hotel for this kind of misguidance.
