Average rooms at reasonable price. Considering the location, it's preferable to stay for 1-2 nights. The noise of people chattering on the road can be disturbing and since it's located near the road, I also faced problem of honking. There is no lift and for an aged or specially abled person, it would be troublesome to climb stairs. They have their own restaurant from which food can be ordered. The food items are overpriced though, it's better to step out and find something to eat in the locality.
Hey... it's small hotel. But room size is very small. Room service available but price is bit high. Location is good and staff was fine. Breakfast and dinner are fine. Enjoy the kolkata office trip.. waiting time only 15mins
Don't even think about staying here. Rooms are tiny, dingy and unclean. The linens were changed after requesting again and again. The bathroom were missing drain cover. And the icing on the cake is if you have rooms on the third floor ( Room 404 ) forget about sleep as the rooftop Hooka Bar kept blasting music till 3 am at night. DON'T TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE !
Well the place was very nice but i had to face a small harasment just because of they asked for extra money or else talk with oyo. I recommend don't book if the price goes below 700 . It's a scam of oyo. If you want to book at this hotel please contact direct with the hotel. Or else the behavior of the manager and the staff was very cooperative. Overall I like it.
I booked the one room for 3 people, when I asked extra pillow, as only two pillow was provided, they denied to provide that. Also bed sheet was torn, it was full with hair. Toilet seat was broken. And finally the day we left, we found there is no water in any tap. Worst experience.
