Won't even give a star to this hotel Firstly, the owner is so rude Doesn't know how to talk to customers.secondly, they doesn't care about people Only thing they care abt their sleep We reached the hotel at 2:30 am in the night,booked from oyo the room was prepaid He said he don't have rooms. He said I can provide u room only when u vl cancel the room from oyo.. Moreover, the hygiene was so bad There was no water coming from the washroom. Simply we came from the long journey n we were not treated properly by the hotel owner itself Would highly recommend not to book this hotel .

when i went that hotel they declined to give us checking because i book from oyo and they said we cannot give you at price of oyo after that they start pitching their own rate but that was more high rather then oyo and staff was manipulating

0 star is also more for this hotel. It is actually a FRAUD Hotel. Please do not book this hotel from any app. I booked it from goibibo and at the time of check-in they will say your booking is canceled/shifted to another hotel. Then they will tell you to call OYO customer care, they will not find your booking and put your call on hold forever and will not connect again. Then you have to call goibibo customer care and they will cancel the booking and initiate refund if you have already paid.

Worst experience evar fourd hotel dont stey at this hotel couple are not safe

I had book the hotel from Oyo bookings, executive told my booking is confirmed, when guests went there, room was allotted to some other person

Hi,I have been booked Suits and payment made online and its nonrefundable, but while check-in to the hotel, its observed that the rooms which the receptionist is showing is totally different, Reception person showed deluxe room and said this is the room only we have.I said I have booked for suits rooms and the photo you posted is different (No couch or chair, wardrobe is not clean, commad is dirty and room is stinky,No kitchen available) while selecting the rooms its giving the options to with breakfast and without breakfast, As receptionist said we cannot server breakfast as Goibio and OYO simply mentioned with breakfast , as this hotel is tie upped with OYO.then I stayed 1 night and early in the morning checked out.

very bad room and staff. bathroom and room is not clean. staff is very rood. they not provide any service if you booking through oyo. even water is not provided in the room. room and bathroom is in very bad condition like public bathroom. room lock is not working your luggage is unsafe in these conditions. staff is very bad in manners and not any response if you call the room service. i suggest never go this hotel even you get free stay...this is not in hotel catagory..this is lower than guest house catagory.

Never book on OYO, this hotel receptionist denied to give room to us even though We were having Confirmation mail from OYO. While I called OYO customer care they also did not respond properly and then I booked new hotel from Makemytrip App. Worst ever experience i faced.
