|| WARNING || XX || ALERT Please do not make any kind of booking for this hotel from Oyo. I booked this property and reached there. But i was denied Check-in, i was shocked. I contacted Oyo, they promised me a refund. The property owner said that they had some issues with OYO, so they are not considering oyo booking as valid. We asked if so the why not delist the property from the platform, they said they also requested from their end. The receptionist asked us to pay there itself if we want accommodation or else to leave. We got into such situation. Do call the hotel or any POC before visiting the hotel, rather than being dissapointed and stuck.

The property is very nice as its full of greenery. Though it is Situated in the heart of the city we do not feel that rush once we are inside the plot. The rooms are good. They have a small hall near by which can accomodate around 50 people and small functions can be planned there. Parking facility is also available. The greenery and calmness is the highlight of the place and you will be able to understand that more once you see the pictures.

Rooms were fine. Place was surrounded by greenery and peace. Nice ambience. But complimentary breakfast had very little options. After ordering the dinner we had to wait for 50 minutes to get it served at our table. Mixed vegetable given was disgusting with only carrots; It looked like soup. Pretty much annoyed us. Its a heritage building and has been kept in that way to attract customers. Old books are kept, some vintage paintings and some good furnitures. Staffs are lacking and not cooperating. At the restaurant the manager who takes the orders, serves the food himself and takes a lot of time. Inside the room there is no fan regulator though there is a fan and AC. Food options were little. Please visit temples of Krishna and Devi Durga just beside the resort.

One of the worst resort which I have experienced,no maintenance at all,full of musquitos,and I don't want to talk about rest rooms and beds. I strongly recommend not to prefer this resort,also please don't call it as resort.Even a small roadside lodges are far better than these. Rooms are attached to each other, so if we make a small sound also other room can hear it clearly so it's not good for family and couples. For extra bed this resort cashier asked 300rs but if we see that bed even dogs won't prefer that kind of bed, I didn't understand how he felt to charge 300rs for the bed. Even bathroom doors are not getting locked. Had a pathetic experience, so guys please don't go by photos.its really too worst and expensive.totally waste of money.

About the stay: It's quite simple and elegant, they tried their best to present, even drinking glasses they cleaned and covered for the guest use. Room presentation was good. The whole resort was resembling the olden days even with interior. Even the restaurant outside look was good with olden art art some wooden furniture . Note: If you want to taste the delicious food , I don't suggest this one . Because of yesterday's experience.

Hotel ambience is good but few management were little rude. Bathroom were not working properly. Didn't had food from here so don't know how it's.. but you have good food option near by like sarvana Bhavan for veg and thaf restaurant near signal for non veg.. check out time is morning 11. Nicely constructed, given a old days home look. Service to be improved

Nice place. Good value for money. Around 4-5 km from Alleppey beach. Clean, good services like wifi, big comfortable bed, cable tv, helpful oyo staff. Special thanks to Mr. Ajmal for arranging bamboo biryani for us even when they were out of it. Downsides: the hotel staff themselves are very passive, and are very slow and unhelpful.

Had lunch from this restaurant with family and friends few days back. The service is quick and prompt. The food is delicious. The ambience is perfect. There is ample parking space. The fish is delicious. Good variety of juices too.
