very impressive rooms i have ever seen and too good staff service and good foods outside view are also impressive. i loved it. I spend many nights at n many hotels all over India but i didn't got this type of service and rooms rooms is little bit small but too good and food quality is also impressive but it's little bit expensive if want to stay place like this it's nothing to pay some extra money to take good foods.

False claim of parking space, working wifi. Wifi was not working. Location is not good. I had to leave my car side to the road. Bedsheet, pillow cover, curtains everything was dirty, spoty and patchy. Though they changed the bed sheet but still same. Menu filled with veg food, but they serve nonveg also on demand. Food taste was not good, spices/gravy was overcooked while chicken was not properly cooked. Food was overpriced too.

Cons: This place does not have any parking. The service is very bad and unresponsive. The biggest and the most ugliest part are the bathrooms. The toilet seats are extremely dirty and bathroom walls have paan, cigarette peeks and stains. One can't stand the smell of the toilet. The room condition is bad. The sheets don't seem to have been washed up at all. Everything in the room including the almirah and the bed was covered in dust. Given all the issues, they charge more than a 3 star hotel. But the quality, service etc. Is very poor. Upon booking, it was falsely conveyed that breakfast is complementary. But after check-in, they denied the complementary service because it was not in written and charged extra. Pros: None. It's a struggle to find a single pro for this hotel, even though they seem to make false promises while hotel booking. Please do not waste your money and go for another one.

No water in toilet of rooms(401,402) AC of room no 401 did not work .supervisor Rohit Singh was found unprofessional as he was not ready to listen any thing.He made Bill on a plain paper n did not give me copy of that.date Oct 10,2021.surendra

We have booked two rooms for 5 people, they have provided us one classic/delux room and one family room. The good thing is bathroom has fitted heater, so you will always get a hot water when needed. The family room was big enough to accommodate 5 people with 2 twin size bed. Only thing is from inside the room, there is no locking except latch, and latch can be open from outside using master key. So they should at least provide a additional door locking mechanism from inside. On very first day we booked a room around 1100, but the very next day the charges were around 1900 for the same room. So if you are planning to stay for a long, book at once. As we have requested the hotel management for a nominal charge, but he denied, and just after booking a hotel the charge we're dropped on the oyo and goibibo app.

PATHETIC CLEANING and SUPER RUDE STAFF First of all I don't think it is a OYO property as when I was trying to book through OYO it was showing booked but the Hotel Manager was selling rooms at the rate based on his demand. He was very happy to tell that only he can give the rooms and not OYO so he charged almost double what OYO was offering. Till now I have liked OYO properties so I took the room but I would this experience was super PATHETIC. A wet towel was lying on the bed when i entered. Bathrooms were smelling very badly. The bedsheets were white so you can see all the stains and they were smelling too. I would request OYO to please remove the name from this hotel as if this is your property then I am not going for any more OYO hotels in future.

Rooms are really good. Strictly as what they show in photos. The staff is very cooperative, room services is quick, Awesome food in affordable prices. Last and the most important chotu is awesome and interesting.
