This place is not worth to stay for the money we pay. Very small room, only 2 per room even if we have kids, rude staff, dirty towel, fan and a/c are not working as expected, the equipments are not properly installed (shower handle came in hand), rooms are not clean(smells bad), only one towel per room. We confirmed the booking for early check-in and once we went early they charged extra and denied the early check-in. We had kids and so they charged extra for the stay. The key sensor was not working and everytime we have to call them for assistance. We checked out early and went to relatives home due to the above issue. Only advantage is easy access to the airport. Please avoid staying at Grace Residency.

The Hotel has basic amenities including Free Wifi but it does not have any provision for food as a result of which we had to move outside to the Airport Metro premises for meals. Also the rooms are small and they do not allow more than two people to stay together even if they belong to the same family. Being located inside the Airport also made it difficult to track via GPS. No meals compels you to make more expenses. However, the staff and Manager were very kind and cordial and arranged for cabs when needed. This place reeks of sexism and regressive thinking. I was refused a double room with my domestic partner. Upon requesting a single room for each, they refused accommodation for two grown adults wishing to book separate rooms. Upon asking for the reason, they said they have security cameras and their license would be cancelled. If their license is to be cancelled, it should be for their toxic mentality if not anything else. They finally gave a room only to me and refused a separate room for my partner. For this to happen in the city of Chennai inside the airport complex is a disgrace and disgusting. The person at the reception was the most rude and regressive person I have ever met.

If you are looking for a transit hotel which is affordable and in airport premises then go for it. 2 types of rooms are available based on your needs. I choose single room for a wait of 8 hrs for my flight. Clean and well maintained. They give soap and towel. These single rooms has common washroom and it's well maintained. 1500 per day. If you step out you have food court, bar, money exchange and the next floor is the Airport metro. Airport terminals are 400mts . It's worth it.

This hotel is just below chennai airport metro station. If you are looking for a hotel to spend time until ur next flight this is a good option. The room and bathroom were neat and tidy. Price is same (Rs 2240 including tax) if you book for a few hours or for 24 hrs.

Dont know why they have less rating. Perfect location for transit with free transfer, and I must say their hospitality was too good and they have really friendly staffs. I am giving 4 stars because, room has lot of mosquitoes, and not enough amenities.

Nearby to airport is the only advantage. Even towels need to be asked here. After a tiring long journey or before the journey when you book this hotel , they won't even provide room with proper Fan and AC. For a Deluxe double room, I got room with improper working of Fan and AC (when asked they answered that it's normal speed and AC chill will get after some minutes but even after 2 hours in 16c nothing I got) , washroom with no towel and toilet paper, dripping get spray.

Stay was good and excellent but I don't know why people are giving negative reviews ! I booked this hotel since it's near the airport (near international terminal) ! Only hassle I faced is, directions to the hotel but the receptionist guided me correctly on this !
