A Nightmare Stay at Hotel Collection O Golden Tulipz Boutique, Kurla West, Mumbai I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Hotel Collection O Golden Tulipz Boutique in Kurla West, Mumbai, and it was an experience I would rather forget. From the moment I walked into my room, it was clear that this was going to be a stay to remember, but for all the wrong reasons. The first thing that hit me was the overpowering stench of cigarette smoke that permeated the entire room. It was as if the previous occupants had turned the room into their personal smoking lounge, and the hotel had made no effort to clean or deodorize the space. As a non-smoker, this was an immediate turn-off and made the room feel incredibly uninviting. I decided to put up with the smell and headed to the bathroom, hoping for some relief. Unfortunately, what I found there was even worse. The bathroom was in a deplorable state - it was not clean at all and emitted a foul odor that was almost unbearable. It was clear that the cleaning staff had neglected their duties, and I couldn't help but feel disgusted. The issues didn't end there. The bedsheet and blanket on the bed were stained and dirty, making me question the overall cleanliness of the room. I called the room service in the hopes that they could rectify at least some of these problems, but to my dismay, they did not live up to their responsibilities. Despite my complaints, they failed to address the cleanliness issues, leaving me to spend the night in an unsanitary environment. To make matters worse, the price I paid for this subpar accommodation was exorbitant. It felt like a slap in the face to be charged such a high rate for a room that was not only unclean but also reeked of cigarette smoke. Lastly, the behavior of the staff only added to the disappointment. They were indifferent to my concerns and seemed disinterested in providing any kind of assistance or making my stay more comfortable. Their lack of professionalism was truly disheartening. In conclusion, my stay at Hotel Collection O Golden Tulipz Boutique in Kurla West, Mumbai, was nothing short of a nightmare. The unclean bathroom, the cigarette smoke-filled room, the dirty bedsheet, the unresponsive room service, the high price, and the poor staff behavior combined to create an incredibly unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere for accommodation in Mumbai. This establishment falls far short of the basic standards one would expect from a reputable hotel.

We reached hotel late as already informed to the hotel. we had booked a room for three there was no space for third matress which was somehow managed to be kept in the room. No towels were provided as the towels had finished. the room was smelling had to take help of room freshners to stay in the room. although we stayed from 9.30pm to 7 am only.

Good to stay in west Kurla, Food Street closeby, never expect the service to be good and rooms are very small but economical, can manage for 1 or 2 days

I booked this hotel via Oyo app. The pictures are very deceiving. The hotel is at very disgusting place. You will get disgusting disgusting chicken farm smell around the hotel. We can not even breath air. Next, the rooms are like shoe boxes and you constantly hear noises from outside the room and you can not sleep also. and you will never get hot water in the washrooms. During the night time, no one will respond even to give the water bottle also. Pls avoid this hotel at any cost as it spoiled my trip to Mumbai. Last but not least, the hotel is in the surrounding of slums with disgusting stinky roads.

Worst experience with this hotel they are not co-operative with the customer... Rooms are very dirty and looking like a match box .... Main thing price is to high i will never ever to back to this hotel

The room is very untidy with mosquitoes. The room is near to a dhaba and the room which I got was very close to the kitchen . We were unable to sleep due to the noise from the kitchen. Also the receptionist was trying to loot us by extra billing for a coffee and bottle water which we didn't buy.

The staff was rude right from the beginning. I guess they did not know what service means. Cleanliness takes a backseat here as I saw the bedsheets were of the stains from the previous guest stays. The foreigner lady staying next to my room mentioned to me she was quite scared as they keep disturbing her so many times in a day without reason. And many of the staff keep staring at her. And they the staff came inside her room without knocking her when she asked for some service. I will never request you to book this room if you want a pleasant, positive and secured stay.

Very unhygienic place. The rooms are small and all dusty. There were cockroaches in bathroom.
