I booked the hotel through Agoda and I request my booking to cancel prior to a day. But they refused to refund the amount. Very worst experience. When I call customer service they are saying they are unable to contact the hotel from one week. Very poor customer service. Don't book through Agoda. It's very bad site. They said your hotel is not refunding the amount.can you please do a favour please inform Agoda your willing to refund the amount.

I recently stayed at the Golden Avenue hotel, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the rates were reasonable, the overall cleanliness of the room was quite disappointing. The room itself had not been properly cleaned, and the state of the bathroom was no better, with visible signs of neglect. To make matters worse, the bedsheets had not been changed; instead, they had been sprayed with perfume, which was overpowering and did little to mask the lack of freshness. One of the most concerning aspects of my stay was the presence of a cockroach in the bathroom. This not only indicated a lack of attention to cleanliness but also made me uncomfortable during my stay. Additionally, the furniture in the room, including an old lamp and various wooden pieces in the cupboard, were covered in dust, suggesting that the room had not been thoroughly maintained. Given the subpar cleanliness and maintenance standards I encountered, I cannot recommend the Golden Avenue hotel to fellow travelers. While the rates may be affordable, the lack of proper cleaning, the presence of pests, and the overall condition of the room make it an unsatisfactory choice for a comfortable stay. I hope that the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and makes significant improvements to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.

I booked this hotel through Oyo app and they demanded some extra money over and above the price being shown in the Oyo app before giving check-in. Room size are small, hotel staff is non-cooperative and they don't even give a single water bottle with your room stay. For your every single request there is only one answer and that is NO. I would not recommend this hotel for stay.

The attitude of the receptionist was not good. Hotel denied early checkin as rooms were not available. It was a mistake from my side not to check for room availability prior to reaching the hotel. But when I was sitting in the reception next to a pedestal fan thinking what to do next as it was just 6 in the morning, receptionist came and said there is no point in waiting and turned off/unplugged the fan indicating me to leave.

The worst hotel that you can get in trivandrum. Booked the hotel on 01 st November and called them to confirm the same. Reached the hotel by 09 pm on 02 nd November and the staff denied check in ,yelling they don't accept anymore guests that day. Their behavior was too rude that they were not accepting the mistake on their part. The staff also denied to make any other arrangements for our stay and I had to search for another hotel at midnight with my family. Make this your last choice if you are searching for a stay in trivandrum.

Recently I stayed in the hotel and they charged me extra during the check-in. And they didn't provide me mineral water and refreshment kit contains only soap and shampoo nothing else. They provide only 1 set of towel and glass, we need to ask it if we need. Room hygiene was ok.

But reception asking extra money Not a pleasent experience These days asking extra money at Oyo hotels is very common . No point in booking via Oyo apps Would prefer other hotel booking app .
