Collection O Ghaziabad - Hotel in Ghaziabad - Ghaziabad, India

I have stayed here before and that's why I chose this place again. First, I was there at 11am and got the room at 12pm. That's ok. But when checked into the room, the sheets and washroom, were all dirty. Linen and bedsheets were untidy. I mean, I was waiting for an hour in the name of cleaning and still I got the room dirty. In previous stays I have had better rooms in this hotel. This is a basic to provide clean linens, towels and rooms to the guests. I mean if this is a brand hotel, you should maintain the name.

I am happy to share my experience at hotel treebo ashirvad. I have stayed here for 7 days comfortably, without any complaints. Room and inner part of the hotel were clean and peaceful. Staff are very polite and deciplined. Each of the dish in the menu were delicious. I recommend every one to go for this hotel. Simply cheap and best.

The hotel is for pimps and prosts NOT for family. The pictures of the hotel posted in Oyo, and other hotel booking platform are very old pics, those pics are of time when the hotel was new and just started. <br/>The current scenario is very different. The room walls are stained at places and the bed and linens are of average maintenance.<br/>It deserves a 2/5 in overall experience. As average Google rating is 4, its definitely NOT 4. dont get carried away by the pics.The staff is rude, doesn't help in moving luggages and overcharged us for food. To make matters worse, there were condoms in the bedside table. Also, mind it that though managed by Oyo, the hotel service staff sucks. The short one liner positive reviews look fake to me.

Good hotel with decent staff and the ambience and rooms are quite attractive and spacious. The room tariff can vary from 1000 to 2000 rupees or you can book from oyo app to get amazing deal and offers. The hotel is easily reachable and is on the main road. Hotel doesn't have their own parking so you have to park your own risk and also they don't a security guard. They don't allow outside food and they have their own restaurant.

We stayed in an OYO accommodation called the Collection O in Ghaziabad. Honestly, they don't even deserve a rating. The only reason that I would give a star to this accommodation is because of their receptionist Anmol. The service was absolutely pathetic and that's an understatement. We checked in at 3:00 AM which was mentioned to the respective representative 3 times before check in. The washrooms weren't clean to say the least. The commode was still stained, the floors were still dirty, the bucket was filthy. The bedroom did not have a dustbin, the bedsheets has strain marks, essentials like soap, shampoo, toothbrush etc were not given. We had asked for one glass of hot water repeatedly which we never got in our two day stay. We had asked for housekeeping to clean our room which was also NEVER done. The hotel did not have a functional kitchen so room service was out of the question. This place was dreadful and I would never recommend nor would I ever come back here. This is definitely not worth the rating you see online it's much lesser than any rating you see.

Nice hotel at Ghaziabad. Located at heart and posh area of city. This property is well managed by treebo group. Clean and comfortable rooms loaded with standard requirements. Disciplined staff is also welcoming. Most great thing is they care for customer reviews.

The property is very nicely built, well tiled floor, lift in operation, in-house cafe, well furnished rooms, all the fittings are ultra modern in bathroom, the fixtures and furnitures are newly built, smart card entry in rooms and the property itself is located at a prime location at the "Chaudhary more" (opposite Bikanerwala) but... but .... .... All these things get reduced to zero if there is no proper room service and here at this property the Room service is practically non-existent in nature ( they do not clean up the room, drinking water not supplied even after umpteenth times reminder at the reception). As per rules and ethics, photography inside any property, without permission, is not allowed. Had this rule been not in place, I would have uploaded few photographs to substantiate my point. Complimentary breakfast is insufficient in quantity. The beakfast given to us on Day 1 was Puri and Sabji (Sabji in semi - liquid state), tea was cold, supplied in cups without the accompanying plates. I am writing this review today, and I have still one more day of stay at this property. Earlier, Google, vide their email dated 6th May 2019, 2:55 am, informed me that I may redeem the "Local Guides perk by OYO Rooms" for 60% off on a hotel stay in India (up to INR 1500) with a unique voucher code, before 31 May 2019. Thanks OYO for offering the "Google Local Guides" this offer. My humble prayer to God is to give me better sense next time so that I may book room in hotels other than OYO.

Rooms are average. Power backup is unmaintained so it gets breakdown often. No parking space. This is a small hotel with 2* amenities. Situated in middle of the market. No kitchen and they bring food from outside on order basis.
