There were many mosquitoes in room and no arrangement was made for them...They wouldn't deliver complimentary water and they would deliver cold water at premium price. No room service in three days, 1 towel for 1 room with 2 guests for three days, didn't deliver any extra upon multiple request. Not suitable for family... You know what I mean. Photos are false. Everything advertised is misleading And the service are very poor staff was nt good no bucket no mugs and no soap available in washroom
Most inhospitable hotel. Worst staffs, worst service and they would look for any ways to charge you more. They wouldn't deliver complimentary water and they would deliver cold water at premium price. And they didn't even issue an acknowledgement of bills I paid at the hotel. Worst ever hotel experience. Do something about it, OYO.

One of the most affordable OYO in Delhi. You can get a room for Rs1200 and the location is quite interesting, it's based in the G3S Mall. They have their own cafeteria which is known for it's quality and taste.
Very rude staff and behaviour of everyone. They promise something and behave sweet in the beginning and then are the most rude people you will ever see and refuse to deliver their promises. Don't ever come to this place.
Worst hotel I ever stayed.... Book the hotel after seeing pictures on google but I visited the hotel it's completely different rooms like dharmshala after paying 1800 per night and service is very poor no outside food allowed.
Worst hotel. Doesn't look like anything in the photos. Very unclean and unhygienic. The hotel manager was very rude and was like "rehna hain to raho warna bhad mein jao". I think OYO is choosing only such kind of hotels which noone will stay and rents to people on "hourly basis". This is my second experience with Oyo. Really pathethic attempt at wooing and trapping the customers.i think the Unicorn founded to give affordable and comfortable stay to middle class Indian has gotten converted into company which thugs people
