Worst Hotel ever!!!! Disappointed with OYO as well! We made a one-day reservation at (COLLECTION O DSP HOTELS) using the OYO app. The manager declines our reservation because he wants to 600 charge more. Despite having been confirmed on call one day prior, he lacks social graces. Even though we had the required identification and OYO confirmed our reservation, the manager refused to let us remain and demanded additional payment. Approach to the client was terrible. Worst room he's ever given us after a fight. We had to wait longer to get cleaned up due to the improper lock, the unclean room, and the bathroom. According to price, a rather crowded room. The food was not properly covered while delivered to us as we can't order outside food as per their policy. Unclean, improperly maintained, and the manager's worst attitude. Money wasted. Government ought to have revoked the permit. I was also disappointed in OYO's team as they are having tie up with such impolite hotel.
The hotel is 10mins away from Railway Station. The service of the hotel is very good. The best thing about the hotel is that the staff mind their own business and don't disturb the guests. Apart from this the hotel staff is very cooperative. If you are a solo traveller or a couple, book this hotel without delaying time. I highly recommend this.
Worst nightmare to stay here. You would find the rooms to be tidy but there are not. I have had allergies later and the hotel is located somewhere in an industrial area.

The hotel manager was so rude.He was talking rudely with all the gusts and asking for more money He was demanding more money from me and started fighting with me. It was a very bad experience. I make a request that hotels do not tie up. even please don't go...it was worst experience with that hotel and manager....litrely manager was phycho...He is unruly...I requested him for a refund. So he said that you did not pay me, I will not pay. Demanded 1k more rs if you want to stay here...I request you Please take some action
Its a great place for a long stay... I stayed for a month and the service was the best. Everyone was very helpful and I felt very safe and secure as it was my first time travelling alone. When it comes to service they went above and beyond helping with every small needs. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Cherry on top is the two cute puppies that welcome you at the reception... absolutely loveballs... It has officially become my go to place everytime I visit. Highly recommend it....As its pocket friendly and safe and secure and very clean. I had a great experience.
Oyo app is good easy to book hotels. Easy to access the direction. But the maintenance of hotels under Oyo is in very poor condition. I'm new to Mumbai and I am staying in different hotels in Navi Mumbai industrial area. Not even a single hotel is properly maintained. In one hotel I find cockroach and insects and in another hotel they didn't provide even bucket in the washroom. If you trace my booking history I am booking Oyo hotel frequently. Not even a single hotel I am satisfied with. I have taken pic I wanted to share but I would like to try one more time. If I encountered the situation I will definitely share the pic. The pics Oyo uploads and the original condition of hotels are entirely different. We are approaching Oyo expecting good hotel room with nominal price but I until now I didn't had good experience. I appreciate only the app maintenance. But hotels are big disappointment. I hope Oyo will look into my review and take appropriate actions.
At first the booking was confirmed but when reached the hotel was denied for stay stating bookings are full. No option left had to pay extra money to get the booking done. It took about an hour for them to serve food and had to go by myself to get water at the reception as they were taking to long just to bring water bottles.
