Worst Hotel Booking Experience Ever...Booked hotel before 2 weeks and when we got there the receptionist refused to give us a room since it was booked full and even had the might to tell us to reach out the hotel booking service and ask them for the refund. Bad Ambience
This is a fake hotel which is closed and owner is a fraud who accept booking for a hotel which does not exist and also marks checkout even if guest don't check in as he knows very few people will complaint and thus he is making money from fraud . After a difficult way I got my refund.
Going here was probably the single worst hospitality experience of my life. I went to this hotel for a 4 day busines stay, booked 15 days in advance, paid in full. The hotel didn't allow me check-in because the hotel was booked. The employees told me that hotel was totally booked since last 2 days. Which they didn't feel like informing me. On the OYO app, the management added Rs.6000 as "Other Bills" even before I checked in. They said that they had informed OYO regarding the over booked status, however the management was lying to me and OYO saying that, "Stay can't be provided because of maintenance." It was late around 8-30 of the night, I was lucky to get a replacement room.
Very bad experience ...don't book this property
The service is worst... Me and one of my friend booked this hotel from agoda and in the midnight, we reached at the hotel, but they denied the booking and said that they don't given the room on the rate as we booked on agoda.. They asked for more amount... But after very large and ugly discussion, they negotiate on some other amount... We have no any other booking at that time so we have to gave that amount they asked for, which was costly for us because we have already booked the room on a certain amount.... So i suggest to anyone who booked any type of booking in this hotel, please contact the hotel and make sure about it.... Otherwise ready for negotiations and ugly discussions...
Had a good experience but don't book their hotel online, book it offline for greater experience.
Please be aware as this hotel is a total fraud.Oyo is also cheating along with this hotel.They will deny check in even after booking rooms in oyo app.The reason they will give is that they don't allow check-in in low tariff please be aware before booking this hotel as this hotel is a total fraud
Please do not book anything with OYO. They show different prices and after booking the amount they asked is different. Another issue is customer support. They talked very rudely
