It was good. But could have been better. I checked in late night at about 11 p.m the room was okay but the bathroom lacked cleaning. Yes within 5 minutes after the call to the reception the cleaner came and cleaned it. The overall stay was good but compared to other OYO rooms I have checked in I would suggest 3.5 stars
The hotel is fairly new and quite nice on first experience. The check in process was pleasant. The front desk staffs were very friendly and check in was seamless. Getting into the rooms the rooms were quite clean. The blankets they provided was a regular blanket wrapped in white sheets but the zipper in mine was broken so it keeps falling out so it's very annoying. Amenity wise there's an intercom, tv, AC and bathroom with a geyser. The sink in the bathroom was very small and the tap was loose in mine. A breakfast menu card was provided in the room with different varieties for each day but only one type was provided during my stay. There's a restaurant attached to the hotel but the service definitely needs some improvement. Once I was served with a very dirty tray. The wifi was quite good though.
Worst OYO rooms of all times. Rooms are too small. If u are a couple then never go, the staff stare at U like hell. They gossip behind yr back and makes u very uncomfortable during check in. A complete NO
Behavior was to. Rude...since couple can stay in this hotel you should maintain ur privacy instead of discussing it with hotel staf.....very shame of it.....we felt insulted..... Rude
Nice place and rooms are descent. Prices are reasonable. Rooms are neat and clean. Hotel staffs and familiar and helpful. Perfect budget hotel to stay in Guwahati.
You are not allowed to order from outside and their resturant charges more as compared to normal Prices of other restaurants available on market..
Parking and lift facility available, prime location... Rooms are good but limited breakfast options..
