Collection O should be. So good where unlike this very worst never experienced bed bugs in any oyo this first time I hv seen 1500 they charged but nothing worth it wasted late night I informed them n let them clean blankets bed sheets n inside pillow everywhere bed bugs very bad

This is probably one of the dirtiest and worst hotels ever. This is registered in Oyo app as Collection O 50255 Brahmaputra Guest House. The entrance is through a dirty drainage channel with sewerage water passing. The environment is highly unhygienic, so are the rooms, corridors, dining area. Here and there in corridors, staircases you will find cigarette buds, food thrown away, trash dumped and similar things. They provide used smelling bedsheets and pillow covers, most of the bathrooms are dirty like anything. They don't have professional cleaners, they get hotels cleaned through daily wage child labourers who have no sense of hygiene, they make rooms and bathrooms dirtier. They are using their soiled hands to fix bedsheets and pillows. AC remotes do not work properly, some of them make noises. Most of the bathroom fittings do not work. Commodes and basins are full of stains. We asked for all out and they said they don't have refill. Some rooms have bed bugs as well. This is a hotel should not be worth more than 500k per day however they charge 2700 for per day. You will definitely get sick if you stay here.

Bit difficult to locate though it's on main road because of small signboard but local people know this Hotel pretty well. Entrance corridor is dark and leaks in rain. As the hotel lobby is on first floor so you have to use this corridor. Nice hotel and service. Very cooperative staff. Good for couples and family. Bathroom could have been in better shape. Clean sheets and room. Dont order food from room service. It's not worth it. Very good restaurants are nearby like Darbar and Birayani centre. Or else order using Swiggy as it gives fastest delivery here. Happy Stay..
