I am staying here for last 2 days I'm check in at 24th Nov 23 but after so many times reminder about the room TV is not working they are not interested send any room services this hotel doesn't have any kitchen you can't order any food but there is manu card available in the room. So much poor services by the OYO they can't provide any welcome kit even they didn't provide any bath towel very much disappointed after staying here.
This hotel do not deserve one star also. I came with my family to this place for medical purpose, as Hyderabad is a new place for me, so I boarded this hotel with my family. MidNight some unknown person knocks the door, we got scared. And when we do not open the door, he just urine in front of our door, when we open the door to check who is it, the person was fully drunk. We immediately called to reception but the reception boy took it very lightly he said some local person might have done this, but my question is how can some unknown person enters the premises that to during night time. Kindly do not visit this hotel, it has zero safety measures, staffs are very rude, they just value money nothing less than that. If u are coming from other state or with ladies kindly do not visit this hotel,it has zero safety measures.
Room was alright. Clean and spacious enough, with a good table and chair in case you need to get some work done. Service is adequate. They didn't have power when we reached, also charged 200 bucks extra than what was shown on OYO. The kitchen does not open until 1pm, even though they said 11am. The location does not seem friendly at all. Be aware of that if you're traveling solo.
Good and comfortable place to stay for short period of 33-4 days... Suggest strongly that a pantry and or kitchen for atleast a cup of tea should be there...
No room service at all. The Hotel authority does not give any bathing towel, no drinking water facility and linens are dirty. Only good thing of the hotel is it's location.
They changed extra even though I booked through oyo app, saying there is glitch in oyo. And rooms are filled with cockroaches. The manager still asked to pay 600 giving 600 Rs discount as I had a patient with me. And oyo customer care was completely helpless and I waited for atleast 1 hour and no one helped
This has to be the worst OYO I've ever gone to. The service is pathetic. And the desk guys will ask how much you paid through the app and may charge you extra without any proper reason. Saying some tech issues or the booking is for one person only. And yeah, they will judge you and talk rudely if you ask anything.
