Taking online booking and when youare there for check in Then they refused and asking for extra payment

Room are good condition but bad not so clean and bathroom tap was bed condition its damage and AC not working much. No hot water available for bath, others wise hotel is good and also rate is reasonable. Staff are good and their behaviour is also nice.

Totally fake, it's a fraudulent, we booked property oniline by oyo, when check in they are not allowing us, they said, they are not working with oyo.. We lossed our money.. and spend our time.. So don't book property.. Totally fraud..... Totally fraud...... I think hotel owner and oyo jointly doing fraud... So be aware..... I have call record but here is no option for posting.

Very very bad experiance yesterday night we were staying in this hotel but it is not good for business persons there is no basic hygiene maintain no cleaning. Staff behaviour is not good.

Worst...!!! I am travelling for last 18 days, this is the worst hotel i have come across, ever. We were 3, we asked for soap and towel, they gave us 1 towel and one mini soap and denied to give 2 more towel and soap as well. They stoped the water supply in the toilet in the night at 11.30, we wanted to go to toilet so we asked for water, they denied to open the valv for water supply. We used our mineral water bottle in the bath room. The tap in the bathroom is broken. The manager at the hotel does not know how to talk. One should avoid this place.

I visited this hotel after advanced booking from Goibibo. But they denied my check-in saying that their AC rooms are costlier than what Goibibio is offering, plus they kept saying that they are not accepting any booking from OYO, Goibibo or any other online platform. Me with other 3 customers kept waiting for almost an hour but they didn't let us check-in. The receptionist and owner both were very rude. And didn't even care to give a glass of water. They had Gostays and OYO stickers in their hotel but won't let you check-in. WORST HOTEL. DON'T EVEN VISIT THIS PLACE.

Even one star does not deserve. If ask for free then also don't stay here. On 5 nd 6 aug we stay here. Horrible manager on reception very abusive. As promised no refreshment given. Said no such given here. Money taken in advance. In room no tv working. Room most dirty. Water bottle local filled from where given on demand. Worst part no water in toilet next day. Asked said other rooms passenger shiftefvto other hotel. We left alone in entire hotel. In night no one of staff. Horrible experience. Called owner phonevseutched off. What left then. Even for free don't take or believe photos nf OYI

The experience was "HORRIBLE". This OYO property Ashooka Inn is a classic example of deception driven by photos, where as the reality is alarming. I had to cancel my stay and move to a different hotel. Experience is listed below: 1. The Hotel is on 3rd floor and the access lift from the ground floor is switched off most of the time, so if you are having luggage, then you have to carry it yourself using stairs 2. The rooms were very unclean with spotted bedsheet and bed spreads having dirty spots and blotches, there was hairs on the floor, the carpet was never dusted for month (very dirty), the window ledges and the corners were full with dirt and the bathroom was even worse with soap deposits and hair deposit struck in the drain. The Towels were also used and it was wet. 3. Upon asking the the front-desk person, he mentioned that the hotel is never maintained and neither any effort is made to keep it up to OYO standards by the property manager and owner. We should move to a nearby hotel. It was a frank confession and he was honest about it 4. The cleaning staff were absolutely ignorant and unconcerned of the cleanliness and Covid safety. They were coming in to the rooms unmasked, wearing the footwears and totally flouting all covid norms. In short, my message to OYO management is you should de-list such property as these experiences have maligned the willingness to go for OYO and prefer the traditional hotels instead
