Collection O Aryan Address - Hotel in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

I stayed for 3 weeks in this hotel, 2018 it wasn't OYO then. The manager has left there now and works in Maldives. I agree with many reviews, the linen has much to be improved on, I had to ask them to fix the window which could be opened from the outside. The food was fine then in 2018 it seems to have gone downhill from there. The location is good, with easy access to the city.

Rooms are equipped well with facilities but poorly maintained. However the service from the reception is good even with very limited staff. Requested for a room change as the first one wasn't satisfactory and they did it with ease. Property is in an residential area with good parking space . Mosquitoes were a big problem in the whole property and we had to manage it on our own. There are various minor problems in the rooms but there are scopes of improvement as well.

The food was really good. Can't say the room were bad. But they need to clean. Like deep clean the entire property. They only clean the visible-at-first-glance areas. The entire time I was so uncomfortable because nothing was clean. And cockroach.

Not a place I would recommend. Very dirty and smelly. Poor staff and management.

Worst experience ever. The hotel room was dirty. They do not have TV AC remotes. Toiletries were provided only after repeated requests. Staff behaviour is very rude. ABOVE ALL, THE HOTEL DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE OYO PRICING. THEY CHARGE YOU DOUBLE THE PRICE EVEN IF YOU HAVE A CONFIRMED BOOKING AND IF YOU DO NOT PAY THE EXCESS AMOUNT THEY CANCEL THE BOOKING ON SPOT.

It comes under OYO. If you have booked your room online at the shown price, be sure you're being trapped. Because the moment you'll reach there showing your booking in the counter, they will refuse to give you the booked room, because acc. to them the rates shown are too less than the actual room price. Then they ask you to cancel the booking or pay the extra amount over the counter. It happened to me twice. Talking about the "amenities" mentioned by the property, it says it has electric kettle, coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave in every room. To your surprise/shock, it has NONE OF THESE. I literally had to shown them the google photos of their room from previous customers' reviews. Where they White lied that it is not their room. The linens were dirty, when asked to change, we were replaced with cig burnt linens. And couldnot understand, why the bathroom smells like Urine the whole time. I cleaned myself twice/thrice, but couldnot get rid of the smell. Spent a horrible day, and ran out the next day. Never going back and will never let anyone go there.

Located at a good location with nearby restaurants and market area. The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious with good air-conditioning. The staff were really well mannered and effecient. Though food can be improved a bit the pork dry fry we ordered was a bit salty.
