I recently had an unfortunate experience at this hotel that I had booked online. The check-in process was disappointing as they denied my reservation for the price I had booked and instead asked for double the amount. This unexpected price discrepancy was a major inconvenience and left a sour taste right from the start. Moreover, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, making the situation even worse. Their lack of professionalism and customer service skills added to the overall disappointment. The hotel's location was also problematic, as it was situated deep inside an area, making it difficult to access. Additionally, the limited parking availability added to the inconvenience, especially if you are traveling with a vehicle. Overall, my experience with this hotel was very bad, and I strongly advise against booking it. The denied check-in, price discrepancy, unfriendly staff, inconvenient location, and lack of parking make it an unappealing choice for any traveler. It's best to steer clear of this hotel to avoid any potential frustrations or disappointments during your stay.

One of the worst ever nightmare I had in my entire life. Rooms are pathetic, not even worth for a penny, Extremely disappointed. Very very honest review if u want some kind of allergy or fever please visit this place damn sure you will get it next day. Staying here is equally comparable in staying public toilets. You will be staying with room full of mosquitoes. Don't know the age of the bedspread. It's very dirty. I could not even imagine I did stayed here as I had no other option. You can't live in this place even you are not a cleanliness person. I was woke the entire night killing mosquitoes and can't bear the smell. Please don't ever visit this place or pass by. It's not 1000 percent recommended for a family. Save yourself.....

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life. Unknowingly we booked this hotel(i don't know how to call it). Rooms: Very dirty rooms, pathetic, 2 decades used bedsheets. Toilets: Public toilets are much better than these. You'd find a lot of cigarette buds in it. Not cleaned at all, sometimes there won't be water.. Service: The bad behaviour of staff shows the face of this hotel, never care if the guests are bachelors or family they keep smoking all the time. Not recommended to anyone

Good ambience and response. The manager and receptionist are kind and courteous. I love this place; it's safe and secure. It is located near the singanallur bus stand, so they are check in untime also. Contact this hotel.

Very bad room and bathroom. Room not cleaned at all. I could not sleep because of the smell of cigarettes. The behavior of the staff is very bad. I had booked the OYO room and paid for it. But when I reached there I was asked to pay again. Told that their rate is double of Oyo rate. When I asked for the bill, I was given the bill of another hotel. When I did google pay it was one person account. I called Oyo and complained. But they need the bill to refund. The bill they give is for another hotel. Nothing happened but my cash was gone. I couldn't look again because I had my family. That's why I have to sit there in a state of disbelief.

Excellent place to stay in Coimbatore. Very comfortable hotel, excellent food, awesome and clean place. Would sure visit again very soon!

Very worst experience.very dirty rooms.Asked more money when I reached hotel after booking through OYO.They asking money for drinking water too.Worst behavior from owner.

Plz do not book this property,,,, it's a scam .. once you book online & made a payment then you are finish ,, you ll be asked to pay more (3X) than what it is showing online...... that too when you are checking in especially in late night when you have no option to find another hotel And also the people are rude Not suitable for couples My personal experience: i booked...!! Paid online..!! When I was checking in @10.00 PM I was asked 2 times more the price of online.. I denied and didn't stayed & Left the location ASAP
