Rooms are quite good and at very affordable the owner is very jolly person.it comes under Oyo rooms but u can visit the actual location for bargain in costing . Nearby beach from hotel is miramar which is only 3 km away from hotel and also visit immaculate Church which is just beside the hotel. over-all experience was really good.

The place is extremely good for this price range. It is very clean and the staff is very humble and helpful. Mr. Promod (head/manager) is very sweet and is always ready to help. Also, Ms. Grace (owner of the cafe) where we got our complementary breakfast, is extremely sweet. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely choose it again and will recommend it to others as well.

Nice centrally located and well maintained.Good rooms. But pls do not expect any food service from them, it will be difficult to get even a cup of tea as they don't have any kitchen. Somehow they arrange some breakfast by ordering from outside. Good place just for stay in such prices.

The Hotel is Nice and Clean. I had recently stayed there for 2N & 3D in 2nd Week of Jan 2018. I had a wonderful experience. Mr. Promod is very very helpful person and takes care of everything. He arranges everything in advance once you tell him. He also suggested me famous restaurants like Konkani Canteen. The complimentary breakfast is also of good quality. Especially Egg Dosa & Tea.The location is Perfect. Miryamar Beach And Dona Paula is nearby. All the famous restaurants are very much near by like Goencheen for best Chineese, Konkani Canteen for Sea foods, Legacy of Bombay & calangute is within easy reachable distance. I would definitely suggest to everyone !!

Its ok, ok, hotel. But there was strange smelly environment and bedding was uncomfortably moist and seemed used. Avg cleanliness. Infrastructure is also not that great i mean i saw literal mushrooms sprouting out of the wall. Rooms are congested and closely situated so there is no privacy. To close the bathroom door, we had to use tactics as hinges were broken and inside furnishings of bathroom are also low class. If they charge more than 500 per night then it would be a crime.

Budget Oyo hotel. Good: Prefer for prime location in Panjim, Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is okay. Small and clean rooms. Drawbacks: No Parking facility is a major concern. Need to park vehicles on road next to hotel.

How could OYO classify this as a hotel? It's on the second floor taking a small stairs and hard to find. Sort of like an apartment or a commercial space partitioned to rooms. Tiny reception. Two people can't walk past at the same time. I've been to better budget hotels than this place.
