Worst staff Behaviour and Especially Hotel Management. Complained about bugs in rooms and sanitation, they just not even respond in any way .. they are mentioning it's 2 star hotel, you will give .0 star for this dust bin... I would like to name this "HOTEL DUSTBIN"

Worst experience ever. Room was smelly. Washroom was smelly. Water was leaking below the sink. No hot water. No drinking water. I booked for 2 days but left without completing my stay as I couldn't bear it.

Very old hotel at prime location, however cleanliness of rooms needs to be maintained and also needs a change of beds, bed sheets and minor upgrade as these are too old ones. Room size is large and complimentary bf is also fine and can be improved which is provided in next hotel attached to this lodge.

People are so funny and Stupid. They complain too much which is not relevant at all because its only for 1500/-. perfect location, big property, standard lobby and reception . Very big size. You stupid people if you want better or more then book which cost 3 or 4 thousand. Stupid people. Very very nice room.

The only good part about this hotel is its location. For everything else you should avoid it. The rooms were stinky, the doors did not get locked, the washrooms did not have latches, there were no toiletries, the rooms had paint peeled off, the towels were dirty, the staff was rude, and the service sucked. We made a mistake but you can avoid it.

Rooms were not up to standards, it was very smelly and no proper hot water. No covered parking. Room service was very bad, had to get down to reception for towels and water bottle. No shower gel, shampoo or any hygiene products in bathroom, which is expected to be provided as standard in Oyo rooms. Overall very dissatisfied with our stay.

This is a very poor place to stay. Firstly they deny your online booking by making an excuse that they don't have a tie up with online platforms. Then to lue an extra amount they give an option of a room that has no amenities in good working condition (AC malfunction, switchboard not working, no hot water etc) and if not checked properly the costumer ends up paying the amount. The receptionist while checkout gives excuses that last minute booking is of Non- AC rooms etc due to which amenities were not provided. I would suggest that there are many hotels on each side to this , which must be explored rather than ending up in this mess.

It is a very old hotel and the rooms are filled with seepage and mould. Was smelly too. The complementary breakfast which was served in the adjacent restaurant was disappointing. They will serve every dish in small quantities, you can't choose what to eat, you can't ask for more.
