The worst hotel I have ever seen. All the metal parts in the bathroom were rusty in room no 305. The AC vent also thrown out of the room. The pillow cover were not clean. The tap water in the bathroom has a terible taste. I had to use the mineral water to do my brushing in the morning. The tap water also contain small black foreign elements. I don't know whether they ever clean their water tank or not. We chacked in on 1st april, 2019 at 8 pm and had to check out on the next day at 11. I even want to give them a (-) mark but that is not available. Recommendation for hotel management : please clean you rusty items like, water tap, shower and all the metal part. When a person spends 800~ 1200 for 1 night then they expect atleast a clean room and washroom.
Horrible Experience, the staff was so rude!!! The room was dirty and suffocating. After we checked in after couple of hours i went to washroom and saw unused condoms on the side on toilet, After which i saw the jet used for toilet was broken, the door couldnt be closed, while i was complaining to the owner i saw dirty stain on the quilt which looked like blood stains. After all this there was no apology from the owner they simply said "WE" should have checked it before and simply gave us another room, whose tap was again broken!!! I would never ever ever visit this one again!
Well the location first off is pretty good. Easy to locate it's nearby Sector 41 petrol pump. The stay was not bad, being the room spacious for couple check in. However the mattress on the bed was way to big for the bed, thus sleeping at night was a problem. It's a cheap tarrif motel with complimentary breakfast. Have geyser for winters, which is very useful. Apart from bed, everything was okaish for a one night stay.
Worst experience of staying with oyo. The fan of my room was not working and AC was also running low in cooling ability. I asked staff about ACs remote they said NO REMOTES ARE GIVEN INSIDE ANY ROOM AND THE ACs WERE WORKING PERFECTLY , the bed was also not comfortable and cleanliness is not there. Bad odours are coming from room and bathroom. Size of room was also small. Don't know why OYO MADE THIS AS FLAGSHIP HOTEL . I requested Refund too but oyo refused to provide saying I STAYED INSIDE ROOM FOR 15 MINUTES.
Staff is really cooperative. We were 3 friends. They offered an isolated room so that we can enjoy our night and nobody is disturbed. Aalu parantha and tea/coffee is offered in the complimentary breakfast.
A lovely budget place to include for lodging while you are on way for your holidays. Clean, hygienic, budget friendly and amazing hospitality ! Very sincere, honest and loyal. If you are looking for a budget friendly stay in Noida, I recommend you this place.
Rooms were not clean, service was bad as they denied to serve because their working hours were about to over. Reception person himself was very rude. Overall we had the worst experience there.
The rooms are very small. They don't have towels in the washroom, taps leak, knobs are broken. No cooperation from the oyo staff, they don't even provide extra blankets. Tv doesn't work, we even complained at the reception but nobody cared to resolve our issue.
