Only giving 2 ratings because of the location and they allow outside food. 1. The hospitality was not good, they didn't come to the room to fix the problem. We need to ask several times by calling them or visiting the reception. 2. They did not provide not even a towel , soap. 3. The room was too small and the bathroom too. 4. The room was dirty not properly clean. 5. The cupboard was extremely dirty. We couldn't put our bags or dresses anywhere in the room. 6. We booked the hotel through Oyo and TV was mentioned there but there was no TV in any of the room of the hotel. I didn't like the hotel at all. You can get far more nice hotel in that same price.
Worst worst hotel ever.. requesting everyone not to visit ..no service is there ..even for aquaguard water u hv to pay ..very unclean hotel ..washroom are disgusting tap are door are rust flush is even not working in any room

The AC was not working coz the main connection of AC was at the reception and so they were disconnecting it again n again.... We did not get room service too even upon request

Hotel is near to howrah railway station,Room is newly renovated and looks very good . Bathroom cleaninness is well maintained. Hotel provides good food ,need to work food price. Overall stay was very good and staff is very supportive.
