I had paid full amount through makemytrip app, and the staff had my booking. Yet, they refused to give me a room unless I paid Rs700 extra. When I refused to pay it, they even denied to repay what I had already paid. I believe the hotel is suspended on Oyo app and should be promptly removed from other apps too.
Good place, especially staff is very cooperative. And as people r saying about dirty rooms & toilets, I've visited them 4-5 times & i faced this issue only 1 time. And they were ready to change it but as all rooms were occupied they weren't able to provide us another room. The main thing is that their shower has 5 types of settings which i liked very much.
This hotel doesn't exist anymore. it was shut long time back and oyo is doing fraud by giving pre paid booking here. please beware dont book this property. We got scammed. please dont pre pay to oyo and go to other brands or local hotels
The receptionist is not friendly, he's more like the warden of your hostel.You can't even talk loudly, the walls are so thin.Beds are noisy. No wifi avaiable(koi peter apna hotspot ON rakhta hamesha). Lighting is bad, you might need to carry candles.If you're planning to do a house party in Gurgaon this is he worst place to stay at. Even the location of this place is such that you'll have to take a cab for everything. Highly disappointing!
Rooms are not good, telephone is very dirty washroom is not clean very worst service, they charged water bottle as per the hospitality rules 02 bottles are complimentary but Branson (OYO) Villa Charged for this. Money is not worth able if you are planned to book this hotel.
Worst place to stay and management staff is also very rude and bad. No complaint are heard hear and they also blackmail.
Branson Villa mostly houses corporate guests. My stay was pleasant and short. The breakfast is served on demand, AC and hot water are available as needed. The only sore spot was that I was not able to connect to wifi.
* Worst. Hotel. Ever * Discourteous, uncooperative, uncouth and totally pathetic staff ; very poor and unreachable location; very bad service and the rooms have a very bad architecture and ambience. I would recommend everybody to stay away from this hotel in order to avoid an extremely unpleasant experience.
