They provided good service and reception staff were responsive. However, many basic things are missing - water tap was leaking, I paid for AC room but AC was not working. They should have checked upfront. Bathroom doors were broken, Bedsheets would have been more clean. Name says international but there is no plug for international adopter

it was an emergency so we got this hotel! well its was okay at first, we booked family room. In the middle of the night my mom was bit by a large mouse and she was bleeding! and that's the worst experience i have ever faced in any hotel. its unhygienic, not clean, many pests, and the staff is very bad, they don't respond to anything properly! so please save your time and life don't visit this hotel!
Intercom not working.. Tv is not in working.. There is no recharge on tata play. Rooms were not cleaned and all lights were not working... And that too at prices of 1250 rs... Totally waste.. Advised not to go there

A very good place for the food, ambience and the banquet halls. They have banquet halls for 200 capacity and 400 capacity. Well maintained and hygienic. Food tastes absolutely delicious and worthy. Valet parking is also available.
