Very bad and usless service provided by the hotel The facilities like TV, hot water etc. Not working at all.rooms re not clean, also the telephone for reception is dead. bad experience.

Price point was okay; but services were not at all satisfactory. Hotel initially denied to accept us during entry as we booked through OYO. We're in serious trouble with my mother (senior citizen) & son (4yr. child). Intercom facility was not available; room service was pathetic. No higiene, no room cleaning was there during stay. A sincere request to OYO, please keep updating yourself.

I booked suite room and for which I already paid OYO. But, Hotel Crystal Palace charged me extra Rs 680/- and gave no money receipt and also provided 3rd class classic room instead of suite room. I immediately contacted OYO customer care informing the issue and they also acknowledged the problem. But, didn't provide any reasonable solution. My sincere query to OYO that if you can't provide room with your listed price, why you people fooling us saying ' OYO Festival Offer ' ?

The stay is good if you get it under 1k/day cuz the location of the hotel is pretty darn good.I visited the hotel in peak season(Durga Puja) so my review is based on that. I got the deluxe rooms for 2.7k/day. I'll tell all about the hotel - Pros- The only thing it's going for it is - location is good cuz the car stand and bus stand is 5 min walk and Mall road is 5-10 min walk Cons 1.the beds are pretty bad(low quality curlon) 2.close to zero staff for maintaining the hotel(just one boy to maintain all stuff in peak season!!!) 3.food quality was pretty bad considering the price 4.some amenities metioned are not available So please consider before booking the hotel

Owner not inerested in maintaining this hotel..There was nothing to like. All money waste. Advised to all tourist not to book in this hotel. No rooms has any good view.Rooms are very small, bathroom has no shower and no mirror. Bad smell in room. No restaurant and no food. Not even Tea or Coffee. Gyser starts at 6.00 am, so no hot water if you plan to go to tiger hills at 4 am in the morning.

The staffs are extremely polite and professional. There was not a single instance where they failed to serve properly. Very clean and cozy bed. 24x7 hot Water available. You can even see clear hills from there rooms. 10 on 10 experience

The experience of a room at the hotel was very pleasant. The room was clean, all facilities were available that they mentioned, the food was delicious, and wi-fi was available for free. The location was also great, near Darjeeling Mall. I didn't have any issues during check-in and the staff member was very helpful. It was an affordable price.

They are up to something else which a regular traveller like can never understand. I booked on Agoda 3 days ago and reached hotel on time. They denied check in saying their price is different from the rate at which it was booked online. Called customer care. They argued. I got refund. Staying in front of the reception, booked again on MakeMyTrip. The hotel denied check in again. Reason: "online price is cheaper than our actual price. So, you have to book at our price. We won't accept online booking " I never experienced such behavior in my whole life. I think the owner (who manages the online) is away and the staff is trying to make extra income unlawfully.
