One of the most expensive bar hotel in kollam district compared to nearby bar hotels. Pricing very high for rooms when compared with same starred hotels in KOLLAM TOWN.

Five star is for their Biriyani... The taste is excellent... Real biriyani specialist...

The stay was good and they provided with extra beds. The escalator was a bit scary but overall was fine.

There is a nice conference hall on the first floor, suitable for small functions like marriage reception, engagement etc.

This is a bar attached hotel. Deluxe rooms are very good and away from the bar atmosphere..But in ordinary ac rooms are below average..

Nice place for hot drinks.. but no AC and disturbance and threatening of local peoples
