Collection O 81060E D Suites - Hotel in Hyderabad - Ranga Reddy, India

Good and budget friendly place to stay near BHEL circle. Name was mentioned as SSR grand and not collection O. Missing some small basic facilities in the rooms, like coffee maker, locker, water bottles, minibar/fridge, hangers, toiletries were provided on request. Staff were polite and food was ok. Required to enter from behind the building and lift does not work till parking area(cellar).

The receptionist Ranjit who sits at the front desk is a fraud. When booked a room with OYO, he said they does not have tie up with OYO and asked me to pay 2400 instead of 1300. After talking to Oyo customer care he said he just received confirmation that they have time up with OYO. Please be careful of such fraud people. When spoke to property manager even he spoke the same language

Best Hotel in Budget Polite staff Receptionist was very Humble Their response was quick and super fast. 24Hours hot water availability Rooms are neat and very clean. Restaurant not open yet in this pandemic situation,and outside food is allowed! Also there are many restaurants close to Hotel. Peace and clam place and not much traffic noise.

Location and parking good. Have to reach 3rd floor by lift. Room was spacious. Bed linen were dull grey. TV worked after great effort. Remote did not. We didn't mind as we were tired after long journey. We booked through MakeMyTrip and were charged including breakfast. But there's No restaurant or pantry. Restaurants available nearby. Thankfully they gave us plates so we could have take away food in the room. AC did not work, geyser did not work, exhaust fan did not work. In the end it was just a space to crash, nothing more. Paid nearly 2k for 2+1. Regret booking this hotel. General observation with all hotels after seeing online and visiting directly - photos are all of New property just after inauguration. Current reality is not even 5-10% of those photos. It seems the management had given up on the maintenance of this property. We were too tired and too fed up to take photos and post. By the way, who in the world is giving 5 star reviews for this property? Either they were lucky or we were extremely unlucky

Writing this review while I am in the hotel. Room is good but not hygienic. Lot of cockroach. Water is not coming for 1 hr. No kitchen service. 1300 is high price even after discount. With such condition it should be 500 rs.

Wouldn't recommend them for their poor service and irresponsible answers to get the services .

Overall good. Even though they are charging so much premium but there is no complimentary breakfast available

Value for Money. Good Ambience. Nice & Clean rooms and Toilets. Rooms are bigger as compared to other hotels. Excellent furnitures and storage space. Friendly and Helpful Staff. Food options we are yet to explore. We liked the room so much that within 2 hours of Checking in I thought of writing this review....
