It was good. They have all the amenities in their rooms. I paid 1K for the AC room for one day. Washroom/Bathroom was super clean. Bed was comfortable. HD big screen television (which I didn't even use once). They've 24 hours working lift for all the floors. They serve food also but you'll have to pay separately for that. The owner was very nice. He speaks Hindi, English and Kannada. It was good experience altogether. Nothing to complaint about.

Worst experience! I booked but I didn't stay due to their evident cheating. Despite whatever you pay via goibibo or oyo, they'll charge 200 to 400 extra. That manager at the desk is the rudest person in hospitality you'll ever meet. The room just has bed and bed bugs. The toilet seat is only 45 degrees away from the shower. The room was cringe max. 1 star is an overrating!

Pretty good rooms that are well furnished and clean. Seems like a new place. The size of the rooms are smaller than average, but they're compact and cozy! The staff members are polite and hospitable. The area has plenty of food places and can be easily located. They were even kind enough to call us to inform we left our belongings after checking out.

Was treated very poorly by the manager in reception. I booked through OYO and was treated poorly for booking through OYO. The manager and all the hotel staffs sarcastically kept mentioning me as OYO room and didn't provide me with any basic amenties like bucket, towel. The manager also told me to not switch ON the A/C as I had paid very less due to OYO offer. They didn't provide me with the remote for A/C. TV was also not recharged. They made me to walk to the reception more than thrice to get all the basic amenties. Never think of having a hot bath in this hotel. There is nothing like that, even though they say. You will get a cold bath even in the cold mornings. Luckily, I paid in the hotel and was treated poorly. For safety reasons, please don't pay online in OYO and go to the hotel in real. They told they won't accept me if I had paid online. If you want to have a good hospitality, TV, A/C, hot water for bath. Choose some hotel if you want the basic amenities.

Try to avoid this place. Facilities are very basic - AC, TV not working. Waiters are not very supportive including the reception desk. Charges are very high considering the facilities they provide. If you have booked via OYO don't disclose it at the first place. Try to make a direct booking as they provide lesser rate for direct booking.

Never take room no. 303 1) When I entered for Check-In, he said online payment were not allowed, we need to pay them. After argument, he agreed and said he was joking. 2) AC was not working (Filters were blocked), 3) Bed is not good, 4) TV was not working, 5) Landline phone was not working, 6) Ceiling Fan was working was Full speed (Can't reduce fan speed, it was woking at single speed),

When reached this property and told them I have booked here, the first sentence came out from the mouth of person at reception is that "why did you pay online". The room was filled with cigarette smoke and bedsheet was not changed. Totally unhygienic. I checked out from this place after 2 hrs. and moved to another hotel.

Booking this property is waste of time. Even if you book also, once you visited they will tell all rooms were booked. So better don't book this property. @Oyo please check & validate before for online bookings
